We were worried about the reviews on other platforms as there were stories that people got items stolen. So we kept everything with us. Nothing happened. But place was as described. Very large and nice. I recommend. Also price does not include taxes. Vrbo says it does. They have to fix that.

Stay in Venice

Lovely apartment that was perfect for our family of 5. Quiet neighborhood and very safe with a little coffee/pastry shop next door. Easy to walk anywhere you want. Would recommended staying here for your stay in Venice.

First timers to Venice

We loved the location of this apartment, a quiet spot away from the busy touristy areas. Close to the Grand Canal and outer waterway, Peggy Guggenheim museum and Basilica Santa Maria della Salute. We also enjoyed fresh juices from 60/40 Venezia located right outside the apartment.

Fantastic spot in Venice. Plenty of room for our large party. Communication was super with this host. Also really appreciated the check-in handbook that was sent out early and clear all the instructions were. The only thing that we struggled with was my GPS- which was a mess the whole time- took us to the end of the street in the opposite direction. But we just walked down and found it. That was nothing to do with the house itself. But be aware when you turn down the street if your GPS says it’s on the corner. It’s actually further down.Lovely that they have a luggage room so that when you leave for checkout time, you can stash your luggage there and it’s super super convenient to multiple Vapretto do you want an apple pie stops one second I’m doing somethingAlready thinking about our next trip and hope this place is available!

Venice VRBO for nine

Loved our stay here. They were very nice. There were nine of us. We asked to check in early but they could not accommodate due to other renters leaving and they needed the apartment cleaned. Completely understandable. Would stay here again 😊

This place was great!

This place was great! The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. It was located close to several restaurants and bars and about a 10 minute walk to the bridge to get to San Marco. The only reason I didn't give this place a 5 star rating was that it was cold inside and we weren't able to adjust the thermostat. We tried to contact the host but the hours to contact the host didn't extend past 4pm and it was too late to get it fixed.

Wonderful Apartment

We rented this apartment for 10 people and it was better than we expected. We had stayed in Venice before and we were not expecting the amount of space and updated amenities. It was located directly across from St. Mark's Square which was very convenient. The only downfall is it is on the opposite side of train station so you have a little walk to get to the closest water taxi. Besides this, nothing else was wrong. It was also nice to have access to a storage room where I was able to keep my stroller instead of carrying it up the stairs each time. Would highly recommend this rental.

Extremely disappointed, not as described or pictured. Location was good and area was quiet with coffee shop very close. WiFi signal was not strong enough to use. Walls were dirty with smashed bugs. No toilet paper holders or towel bars other than the heated towel bars that didn't work. Couch was different than in picture, very uncomfortable. Other than couch, all chairs are hard plastic. No throw pillows or rugs. Strong smell of urine in bathroom. Only 1 working hair dryer. Supposed to sleep 10 people, but not enough pillows or blankets for 6 people, requested more blankets but no response from host. Bathroom/bedroom doors don't latch or lock. Concrete floors with many large holes and concrete pieces all around.
Broken concrete floor
No place in shower to put anything other than the floor
Non-working heated towel bar. Not near sink or shower.
Smashed bugs/dirty walls

Short stay so worked ok

While the property was mostly maintained, the main feature we wanted of AC was limited to the small hallway making the living room impossible to cool down. The bedrooms could cool slightly w the doors open. The other thing was the property manager did provide instructions on the check in. However I was having trouble locating it and was trying to message them multiple times in the hours listed as available and didn't hear anything back from them until the next day.

Très bel emplacement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Grâce à l'appartement très bien placé, au calme, loin de la foule mais proche de toutes les plus belles attractions de la ville.Concernant l'interieur de l'appartement, il est très spacieux, lumineux, récent et bien équipé. Pas de point négatif, nous recommandons très chaudement cette location.

BEWARE OF ANTS and a TERRIBLE Host Manager

We arrived to the apartment at 3pm as the room code is released at that time. Upon entering, everything seemed fine. We left our bags and went out to explore the city and upon returning at around 10pm, there were hundreds of ants all over one bedroom. There is a crack on the floor where two walls meet and you could see them coming in. We stuffed it with toilet paper and tried to kill as many as we could. When moving the bed, it clearly hadn't been cleaned as there were dust clumps and a sock. The hosts did not respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages or calls - we had to deal with VRBO support (still in progress). In the morning the host messaged that a cleaning lady would come. All they did was spray the room, leaving it full of fumes. VRBO connected me to the host “Fran”, & she basically told me that the only way they would compensate me was if I went back and found more ants. And told me that if I had wanted 24h service, I should have booked a hotel. (In response to why they didn’t contact us the night before.) Will NOT stay here again.

È un grande appartamento luminoso con nuove mobili. I letti sono molto comodo. La positizione vicino alla fermata Salute e perfetto. Purtroppo la porta del bagno non si puo chiudere, La maniglia non funziona

tutto bene forse..... accoglienza meno

L'appartamento molto bello, luminoso e pulito. Prezzi più che onesti. Unico aspetto negativo del soggiorno è la poca attenzione alla richiesta di poter anticipare di un paio di ore l'entrata in appartamento in quanto c'erano persone anziane e molto stanche per il viaggio e le camminate per raggiungere la casa. Ho telefonato/messaggiato tre volte e nel secondo messaggio mi è stato scritto che avrebbe provato a contattare la signora delle pulizie per iniziare dal nostro appartamento ma la signora non ha ricevuto comunicazione. Evidentemente l'intenzione era comunque di farci entrare alle 15.00. Lavoriamo anche noi e cerchiamo di rispettare gli orari ma ascoltiamo anche chi ha delle necessità anche importanti. Spero miglioriate questo aspetto perché per il resto siete ok.

Appartamento luminoso in Dorsoduro

Casa luminosa e ariosa, nel bellissimo sestriere di Dorsoduro, fuori dalla confusione dei turisti che affollano il centro. dotazioni della cucina : macchinetta del caffè e grattugia, dotazione dei bagni : porta carta igienica.

Poor location and not even a coffee pot

The bedrooms were big. The place is stark. Not even an Italian coffee maker. Only showers. No bath. they took the family room or saloto and converted it into another bedroom, so if the house were full and all 10 people had to sit in the kitchen it would be impossible to move or eat. Not a very functional space. Also, the agency was not good. We had arranged the rental in Jan 2020 for July 2020 and, obviously, we were not permitted to use the hotel. The agency refused to give us our money back and required that we use the voucher within one year. When it was time to use the voucher we no longer had 10 people coming, but interestingly they only had very expensive properties that we could stay at, including this one. Then there was a lot of paperwork to fill out by website ahead of time, which was difficult when traveling. Then, even though we did all the prep work that we were supposed to do, the email with the instructions for the apartment did not arrive till after our check in time. I spend a frantic afternoon trying to reach someone from the agency which took forever because some numbers on their information were wrong and some were just not answered. Not a nice start to vacation. I will never use this service again and I recommend that you do not either.
