Great apartment tucked away in one of the many alleys of Venice, but still near the heart of the city. Comfortable, clean, we could also feel the history of the apartment. Good communication with host, and easy to access. Great way to start our Italian journey!

Compact apartment: two bedrooms and kitchen/dining room, but comfortable and well equipped. Excellent location close to vaporetto stop and local shops & restaurants. The only downside was building work on the building next door above the path to the property - sometimes noisy and dusty

Good location, responsive company

The place is in a great location, and the property manager is nice. There was an issue with one of our payments not going through correctly - instead of canceling on us right as we were arriving, they called us have us re-submit. They made sure the company didn’t cancel on us due to a misunderstanding. Would stay here again

This property is ideal for families like ours. My only complaint is with Wonderful Italy who bombarded us with so much advertising we missed important communication regarding actually finding the place. This made it extremely stressful when we arrived in Venice.

This was my third trip to Venice and I’m a worldwide user of VRBO. The check-in with no local connection was clumsy. Even though guest from the night before checked out on time (10 am) they make zero accommodations to all you to store your bags in the apartment before it is cleaned. Instead they offer links to luggage storage locations non of which are convenient and can be a longer than apparent walk. Not ideal I would avoid staying at any properties managed by this entity again because of that.I would say when you reached a representative just before check-in they then were available in pleasant to work with given the limited tools they are allowed to offer for their guests. The apartment was clean, the cleaning staff did a good job. The location was well situated as you will find many apartments are. The picture show the acquaintance of the property what was not apparent was there is absolutely nowhere to sit except on the beds in your bedrooms or at a uncomfortable kitchen table other than that the kitchen was well supplied

Mixed feelings

On the good side, the apartment is well located and was clean, an DC the beds were comfortable. Also, when we were able to connect with managers, they were nice and responsive. On the bad side, there is no lounge/living area, the kitchen/dining area is much smaller than appears from the photos, the air conditioning and stove top were not working, and management was hard to connect with. They do not have someone answering the phone at all times, and took up to 12 hours to answer text/emails.

Okay

The apartment was in a great location, though tough to find but that’s just google maps. The host was always quick to help and reply. The space is quite dated and could really use some TLC. The mattresses are clean, but very thin and not awesome for people who get sore backs. Everything smelled clean and the bathroom was pretty clean, though there was some hair and toothpaste stains in the sink. My biggest complaint is how dirty things were in the cracks and crevices. I pulled the dresser out because I dropped something and it was sooooo dusty and there was old food packaging. The radiators were all dusty and the walls need paint and the baseboards are dirty. Also the wallpaper is pealing off the walls in the bedroom and kitchen.

Great location! Super clean. Air conditioner was in the hallway only and not in the bedrooms so sleeping at night was hot during the heat wave but as is expected from such an old building in a historic city. Overall I would stay again.
