Fabulous holiday location for families. Great spot and perfect walking distance to local amenities, restaurants, bars and beach. Pool was lovely with plenty of outdoor seating and loungers. Bedrooms and bathrooms great size. Would definately recommend this villa and would definately return.

The villa was clean and comfortable with a wonderful pool. We loved our time there. Plus, the charming town of Zakynthos is just a short drive away.We had such a great time exploring the island. Dont miss out on exploring the nearby iconic Shipwreck Beach.

The villa was very comfortable and private. its a perfect vacation spot for 4. The private pool and barbecue were delightful, and the beach and restaurants within walking distance made it a dreamy escape. Take a short drive to the Venetian Castle for breathtaking views.

Really lovely villa. Thank goodness for air con as it was certainly needed.Location wise it was 5 min walk to the main strip. The driveway was so steep so if you have mobility issues this is not for you.Check-in was a bit weird. The key was left in the door for us and as we were early we were hesitant going in. We walked down the the Princess Hotel and spoke with a lovely man called Mateo who assured us it was OK to be there early.Inside the villa was all very modern and looked so smart. We didn’t do any cooking so can’t comment on the kitchen too much only that there were only two glasses to drink from which is very poor for a 4 person villa, unless you wanted to drink out of a coffee mug or wine glass. The water pressure was very good although the shower nearly floods the upstairs bathroom each time it’s used. We did have a problem with the toilet seat but Spiros came out quickly and fixed it.The outside area is very smart and hosed down everyday by Spiros about 7pm. The pool in the pictures looks a lot bigger than it actually is but as it was just two of us staying it was fine. The outside area only gets sun up to 6pm. There are 2 hotels close by and it can be a bit noisy in the daytime but you sort of get used to it and in the evening it doesn’t go on until late.We hired a car as didn’t realise villa is 4 miles away from airport so the car sat there for the week as we just walked. Nextime a taxi. Overall we had a really nice stay and would definitely come back.

The outside dining place, BBQ, and pool was a great asset to the house. The area around the pool is the style that I like the most. Highly recommend for a memorable vacation on Zakynthos. Our stay in this cute house was just perfect for all of us.

We also want to underline that this part of Zakynthos is very beautiful. the island is magical. We enjoyed it so much. During day time we would chill by the pool and in the evenings we would go for cocktails and dreams.

We didnt want to come home.The villa was great and very clean.The private pool and barbecue were highlights, and being within walking distance to the beach and restaurants is a treat. Also, make sure to visit the charming Bohali Castle nearby

The place is updated and looks much better than the photos. The WiFi did not work it would go on and off and what felt like every 5 minutes. Not a place to do remote work or stream any type of show or movie. Overall the place was clean and in a great location.

Me and my partner had a lovely stay in Villa Naisy. The photos do not do it justice. The villa has been updated inside, and has a lovely modern feel to it - also makes it feel nice and clean. They should definitely update the photos as they have done such a lovely job and I think it would attract more attention. There are two bedrooms with two separate balconies. We stayed in October and the sun came up around 7:30am and the last bit of sun left the pool area around 5pm. The cleaners came every three days to change towels and bed sheets which was nice.
