Great place for a couple in a quiet location. Outdoor space by pool was perfect for relaxation and sun. Bed was very comfortable. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shops but far enough to avoid the crowds.

A lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay! Amazing outdoor area with a heated pool and lots of places to lounge, cozy and clean living quarters, and in a great location! We had a very relaxing vacation.

The owner provided many appreciated amenities. The pool was very quiet & private. The beach was a short walk away as was the center of Town with restaurants & shops. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful host and clean suite

The suite was very small but the pool and patio were very nice. The host was wonderful.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time! The property was amazing. We had everything we could have wanted at our fingertips! We enjoyed the short walk to the downtown area, beach and basketball courts/playground. The pool was the perfect size and temperature for our family vacation. Would highly recommend this property!

Julie and her family were great guests. They spent lots of time in the pool and enjoyed outside living. Without a car, they walked to the beach and restaurants often. Fun was had by all!

Fabulous!

This the second time we have stayed at Carol’s home. We have family and friends near by and it is so easy to get everywhere. The pool is a real treat. We love staying here. We are planning on going back same time next year. Can’t go wrong staying here!

Best Time we had here!

This property is so beautyful arranged. We had the pool only for us and enjoyed the privacy. The location is perfect. Close walking distance to the beach, Restaurants and Bars. Chelsea is a so nice person, always looking that nothing is missing and that we could enjoy our stay.

Quiet / Close to Beach

Great communication and owner was very responsive. Close to beach, quiet neighborhood and awesome patio/pool deck made evenings relaxing. Everything went great. The kitchen area is best for light meals.

Winter getaway

Our stay at LBTS was exactly as expected; beautiful private pool space, close to beach/restaurants, and clean, cozy living space for the week. We walked everywhere we went and ate everything from seafood, Italian, Chicago Style Pizza, French, and our favorite jerk chicken at Alexandra’s! Chelsea was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. We had everything we needed. Can’t wait to visit again in the future!!

Quiet location. Close to beach

This property is private and quiet. A short walk to the beach carrying a chair and beach bag provided. Also, short walk into town which offers many restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed with soft linens. Cooked a lot so appreciated the kitchen and provisions. Chelsea was available to answer questions although information was clear.

A week in paradise

In one word - perfection. The property is beautifully maintained and the private pool area makes you never want to leave except that the beach is so close that you know you must put your toes in the sand too. Chelsea is such a friendly person and her beautiful fused glass pieces throughout the property are an added bonus. If ever in the area again there is nowhere else we would stay.

Wonderful Family Getaway

This was the perfect rental for our family: private pool and backyard, a few blocks from the beach and a short walk to restaurants with outdoor seating. We had an awesome time! Chelsea, the owner, lives in the front of the house and was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She made some great recommendations for activities for our boys. The space was small for our family of four, but we didn’t spend very much time inside. The rooms are clean and modern with a beachy vibe. I highly recommend this rental for a beach vacation!

They were great guest! It was such a pleasure to host this family. The boys (ages 5 & 8) were in the heated pool every day or walked to the beach with their parents. The accommodations were just right- I hope they will come again.

Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

Wonderful experience staying for a week at this property. Communication with the owner was excellent. Clean, modern, and well stocked. Located an easy walk to the little downtown area of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea and the beach. Loved the cart with beach chairs and umbrella that was available for our use. The outdoor space was just what a couple of snowbirds needed:) The pool was heated to the perfect temperature. Carol, the owner, was so gracious to let me have a peek at her glass art studio that is on site. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

Great guests who really enjoyed the property. They explored the town, dined at some of my favorite restaurants and did a reef dive to get a peek at Lauderdale by the Sea’s beautiful ocean. I welcome them back!

Perfect Florida vacation

We had the best time in Lauderdale by the sea, laid back town and very friendly people. The property was perfect for my family,my two boys would of stayed in the pool all day and night if we didn’t make them get out to eat. We ate most of our meals out on the patio under the gazebo it was very relaxing. I highly recommend if you are here to take advantage of the circuit it is a free bus service that will pick you up and take you around for free just leave a tip if you want. The drivers were awesome and very helpful with ideas to do around town this was a nice tip from Chelsea since we had a issue with our rental car. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay at the Chelsea.

On my listing- it clearly states that this property is a duplex house and I live in the front portion. Gilbert and Sofia must not have read the description carefully. The email that they left for me was: Good Afternoon Carol- Gilbert and I decided to rent a place right at Las Olas beach. We rather be closer to all the activities we want to do. You have a beautiful place thank you for the hospitality. Thank you Sofia and Gilbert So in the end, I believe that they just wanted a different location.

Holidays

Très bien situé tout près des activités/restaurants à pied de la plage et la propriétaire s’occupe très bien des détails qui font la différence plusieurs attentions sont inclus (chariot, chaises, parasol pour la plage) (chasse moustiques, briquettes pour le charcoal, glaces prêtes au congélateur etc) une foule d’activités sont à proximité et plusieurs sont répertoriées dans le cartable qui est dans la chambre bref c’est un sans faute

My guests were a lovely family that seemed to really enjoy my place and their tropical vacation. They were Easy to communicate with and respectful of the property. The pool and backyard provided a private oasis for the parents and teenage daughters. They are welcomed back.

Relaxcation!

Fantastic stay! Suite had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. Pool/backyard is your own private oasis. We walked or biked everywhere because everything is so close. Carol is a gem! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great space and location.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. The beach was lovely and not crowded at Hibiscus portal. Pool was great. Homeowner was super helpful. We will try to re-book.

Great place for a relaxing vacation

We loved our time at Carol's place. The heated private pool was great. It is walking (10 mins) distance to the main attractions of LBTS. 5 min walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable. We spent most of our time on the covered patio. We will definitely book this place again, when we are in LBTS.

A Month in Paradise

My girlfriend and I are an older couple,80's. We are widow and widower. This Chelsea's property turned out to be all we expected and more. Slept late worked a little (remote WiFi was perfect) had breakfast at pool, napped, cleaned up and went out for dinner at the selection of fine restaurants in Lauderdale by the Sea and surrounding area. Nightcap at one of the many lively bars and back home,TV,and sleep ( very comfortable king bed.Might be a little tight for larger families. Being from Boston MA we were glad to miss the snow and freezing temps. We hope this property is available next season, maybe longer than the month we were there this year. Ed

The Chelsea

This was the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Our host was friendly and helpful. We wanted for nothing. The backyard and pool are gorgeous! The beach and great food were all within walking distance. Thank you!!

CAROL'S PLACE

Great location, clean and comfortable. Carol was easy to contact, everything you needed was there. Walking distance to just about all you would need. Would recommend and stay again.
