Villa Ariel is located in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 6 people with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There is a private pool
(South Facing) with barbecue. Walking distance to the Beach and
Restaurants.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio
doors to the pool terrace.

The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Additional Information

This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Overall a great villa in a good location for us. Walkable distance to the marina where we ate most nights. Close to an Aldi and plenty of other shops. Really easy to get a taxi and only a few euros.Air conditioning in each bedroom and living space was great and you don’t always get this. Pool was a good size and the cover helped keep it warm. Had a slight issue with the pool not being clean for our arrival but it was quickly resolved. Check in instructions looked to be detailed but we struggled to find the villa in the dark as you need to access via a gate and driveway. Would suggest these could be clearer and include the name of the holiday homes (taxi drivers will also need this name rather than the address to know where to pick you up and take you back FYI). An alarm was also set which wasn’t mentioned but the fob is on the keys. No welcome package provided, which would expect some bottled water as a minimum especially for late arrivals. People turned up on our second day to replace an air conditioning unit but we were not aware this would be happening. It was fine but meant we couldn’t be in the bedroom at the time so would have been good to know about this. Our flight home was very late so we wished we had booked an additional night in hindsight. When we requested a later checkout a few days in advance we didn’t get an answer to this. It was raised with Agni travel who passed on the request to the property owner.

The pool was a real highlight, simply stunning and well-maintained. Thanks for a fantastic holiday experience. We cant wait to return next year!

Pool area lovely. Villa very tired in need of refurb. Bathrooms need deep clean. Limited provision of essentials for self catering (e.g. no oven dishes, sharp knives).Location is not great, complex is next to abandoned building site with squatters and daily police visits. Once past this nice walk to Marina Rubicón for bars and restaurants.Villa did not offer good value in comparison to others I have stayed in in the area.

A great villa

Villa Ariel is very comfortable and whilst not huge, was spacious enough for our party of 6 adults. The complex of around 20 or so similar villas was well maintained and quiet, yet near to shops and a 10-15 minute walk to Marina Rubicon where there are lots of bars and restaurants. The villa was very clean on arrival, with change of towels and linens after our first week (of two). The outside area was good and the pool lovely, very clean, well maintained and warm. Would recommend...and we are thinking of returning ourselves!

Disappointing

The Villa is a bit old ,tired and unloved. Cleaning and linen change was sporadic and outside cleaning nonexistent with no equipment to remedy the problems. The pool was warm and well maintained. Convenient location, 20 minutes stroll along the promenade to lots of good restaurants around the marina

Relaxing break

We've just got back having had a lovely stay at this villa. On arrival the key would not turn in the lock so we called the number provided and someone came out right away to get us in. Although there was a notice in the kitchen saying that there was a welcome pack we had nothing but there were a few shops easily walkable so we could get water etc. We thoroughly enjoyed the villa, the outdoor space was amazing and the location suited us perfectly. We would definitely recommend.

Stayed in these villas many times and generally really like them. This one is pretty good as it has AC but some don’t and it does make a difference dependent on dates you are there. The main issue we had this time is that the maintenance man kept coming round and interrupted us at least 4 days during our stay. I get that the pool will be cleaned but he seemed to disturb us for no clear reason and that was very annoying as he could have come round when we weren’t in the villa (we do go out for at least 3/4 hours per day). We book a villa for privacy and space and don’t want 4 days of this. Also, the villas around us were being painted externally and this was also intrusive as we had workmen overlooking us for about 3 days of the stay. Nothing that would stop us returning but things that need addressing. Also, not enough cups, plates etc provided for a villa for 6 people - need more equipment in these if full capacity staying.

Han sido las mejores vacaciones hasta la fecha, gracias a vuestro trabajo. No esperA¡bamos una piscina climatizada y con el viento que hizo los primeros dA­as lo agradecimos mucho. La casa es perfecta, no nos hizo falta nada. Solamente me gustarA­a hacer 3 sugerencias: - Que hubiera un mando a distancia para abrir el portA³n para entrar con el coche - Instalar una mampara al lado de la mesa del jardA­n, ya que si hace viento no se puede comer o cenar fuera - Instrucciones de como funciona la alarma Todo lo demA¡s es PERFECTO. Volveremos!!
