Great house, great location!

We enjoyed a two week stay and the house was great - comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, bikes to use, etc. Loved the ferry pass to the private beach for the neighborhood and loved the proximity to Shamrock Park with its walking/biking paths. Lovely screened lanai with grill, pool and furniture. Great place to stay!

This trip was our third stay at this beautiful home in Venice. It is immaculate and close to our family and our favorite restaurants and beaches. My family always appreciates the well-stocked garage with beach chairs, umbrella, and tools to search for shells and shark teeth – my daughter’s favorite beach hobby. Lidia is a wonderful host, and she is very responsible with any questions or needs. We hope to enjoy the house again in the future.

Wonderful stay

The home was spacious for our family and the pool was the highlight. After being at the beach it was so nice to come back to our own place to cool off where the kids could have fun. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio or the sun room. Also they thought of everything we may need for our shark tooth hunting and beach time. The home was a quick trip to the pier and Caspersen beach that was also great. Overall a wonderful stay with welcoming and comfortable accommodations.
