The space
is a strictly NON-SMOKING property.
• Sleeps 2 on a king-size bed in bedroom 1 (160x200 bed with a 20 cm mattress), sleeps 2 on the sofa bed in bedroom 2, and two single beds in bedroom 3 (90x190 bed with a 20 cm mattress)
• The bathroom features a lovely shower stall with an integrated showerhead, a hair dryer, and a radiator. It also has an LED-lit mirror, ample counter space, and windows. Hot water is provided by a 100-liter water heater.
• Soft, generously sized towels and various amenities are provided for guests’ use.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, a combination microwave with grill, a refrigerator/freezer, a range hood, a toaster, a kettle, and, of course, a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. There is also a 6 kg washing machine. The kitchen is a separate room with a window and a comfortable fold-out table that seats 6 people
• We provide coffee from a Nespresso machine with assorted capsules, as well as tea, herbal teas, and water
• Each bedroom features a spectacular 40-inch and 32-inch 4K smart TV, allowing you to watch NETFLIX, DISNEY+, and Chromecast for free
• 1 Gb Wi-Fi throughout the house, closets and storage spaces available for guests, and large windows that make the space bright.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, even with the windows open or while leaning out the window.
