The house was lovely and exactly as described and pictured

The house was lovely and exactly as described and pictured. The pool area in particular was wonderful. It was in a very peaceful quiet area which made it perfect to just relax but within walking distance of Pollensa town which meant we could nip to the shops and go out for dinner everyday. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to escape the busyness of everyday life. Joan was super responsive and helpful. The only minus was the ant infestation and the place could have done with a proper deep clean as opposed to a more superficial one.

Beautiful home and a wonderful location

Beautiful home and a wonderful location. Our multi-generation family of six and toddler had a lovely stay, enjoying the pool, hiking trails and easy walks to town. The home is well kept with rustic charm that made for a picturesque stay on the mountain side.

We had an amazing week here

We had an amazing week here. The house, garden and pool are beautiful, and the hosts Joan and owner Toni were very hospitable. It is in a very walkable location, with a 5-10 minute walk from lots of nice restaurants and bars. We had zero complaints and we will definitely be returning here again!

A wonderful old Finca in a great location

A wonderful old Finca in a great location. we walked up to the Monastery every morning, before heading into Pollenca for fresh bread. The swimming pool was glorious in the hot weather with views across to the village and the Finca was a loved home full of antiques and a well equipped kitchen. We were also able to use the sun umbrellas provided for our trips to the beautiful beaches nearby.

Great location with beautiful views on every side. Rooms were nice and cool throughout the day and lots of options regarding blankets and windows to manage it yourself. Location is very private with lots of greenery surrounding and a short hike available around the back of the property that leads to great views.

Fantastic! We would return in spring or autumn.

The property offers a great vibe of centuries-old villa with some modern revnovations (bathrooms, kitchen). We loved cool, terraced outdoor dining area and big swimming pool which gives a relief in scorching hot summers in Mallorca. The owner is very responsive and made all repairs very quickly. He even replaced dishwasher since the old one was not working properly. There are lots of stray cats that leave nearby but they're friendly and come looking for food- please feed them if you can. Mind the low ceiling while walking from living room to kitchen. If you're over 180 cm you might hit your head hard! Also there could be more bright lights around swimming pool as it's hard to enjoy it at nightime.

We had a very pleasant stay at the house that felt like home and has everything you need to stay for a week of more (even for small children). It is easy to go to Pollença city center by walk in 5 minutes. There was enough space to park our 3 cars. The area and the view are just stunning ! Thanks Juan !

A beautiful rustic villa with amazing views of Pollença and the mountain it sat on. The pool area is gorgeous and so peaceful. An easy walk down the hill and into Pollensa for morning coffee, shopping or dinner. We hired a car to explore the area which I would recommend but not essential. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Wonderful,and relaxing place with quiet surrounding and stunning views over the town and mountains.

Perfect location in a quiet place, close to the town and markets. Very well-equipped kitchen, clean and spacious rooms with old but well-maintained furniture adding to the very special and magic vibe of the village house. Very good contact with the manager of the property, helpful and responding immediately if needed. Clean swimming pooI in a perfect relaxing place in the garden. I would reccomend the finca for a holiday stay with family and friends.
