Great location to all the places we wanted to go to. Just steps from the beach! Very comfortable and inviting! Owner was awesome in making sure we were taken care of!

Wonderful location, awesome balcony overlooking the beach. Across the street from a highly rated seafood spot. It was convenient and wonderful the whole time. The place is cozy and was clean. Will be coming back!

Great condo! The space had everything we needed, was clean, in a great location, has wonderful beach view, & easy to communicate with kind host. Would stay here again.

Our stay in Gulf Shores was awesome and this condo was absolutely fantastic. We cannot wait to visit again and enjoy this little gem! The condo had ALL the amenities we needed and more! Great views with immediate access to the beach! Our host, Kathryn, was attentive and great at communicating with us. Definitely recommend!

The room worked great for our family. Island Winds has one of the best locations in GS. It is so convenient. Great view of the beach and access is so easy. We visited in early may so ocean temps were a little cold but the pool was nice and warm. Communication with Kathryn was very clear and she responded to questions promptly.

So happy you had a great stay. Yes, the location (directly on the beach, walking distance to so many restaurants and shops, and next to the Hangout) was a huge factor in us buying Footprints in the Sand.

We absolutely love this unit and working with Kathryn. This is our second stay in this property and it never disappoints. Clean and close to everything and so kind in communication. The unit has everything needed and more... especially for the beach! Short (really short) walk to volleyball courts and restaurants. But not in the loud or crowded part of the beach. Thank you for an amazing stay. We can't wait to be back.

Fantastic condo!

This is our 3rd consecutive year staying at this condo. We come every year for the Shrimp Festival. Great location & walking distance to festival, restaurants, etc. Would highly recommend.

Beach

We enjoyed the stay and the views were amazing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean. The entryway needed swept upon arrival but it was great otherwise.

Fantastic Property with Amazing Location

Everything about this property was wonderful! The location can’t be beat! It’s on the beach and walking distance to a lot of stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The property was very clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils for cooking, comfortable beds, great balcony overlooking the ocean. The host/owner was super responsive before and during our stay.

Paradise as Promised

Absolutely perfect location and view. The owner is extremely accommodating and friendly, and there is nothing you'll need that isn't within a 3-minute walk. We will be back, and back, and back for sure.

We come for the Shrimp Festival every October. This is our 2nd year staying in this condo. Perfect location & walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Communication with owner was great!

Spectacular views!

Our trip was absolutely amazing. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the view truly is. The cabin itself was perfect as well. Kathryn was so easy to work with. We can't wait to book our next trip!

Bear Necessities

This house was nestled in to the hills of Sevierville. Our family had such an amazing time cooking and spending time together here. It was the perfect distance from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Thank you so much for all the amenities that you had for us to use. Will definitely book again!

We have not been able to enjoy Bear Necessities for a meal with friends, but can't wait to do that this summer out on the deck with the grill and the large picnic table there - and I can just imagine sitting there watching the fireflies from the deck too!!! Perfect!

We could not have been happier! Everything you could need or want is here. I can't imagine any place with a better view- just amazing! Morning coffee on the porch looking at the mountains was incredible!

Footprints in the Sand

My family and I had an amazing time at this property. All pictures reflect 100% accuracy of the property. The view was immaculate sun up to sun down! The host was very kind and reachable during entire process. I would recommend this property.

Fantastic View!

We loved this place! The drive up and down the mountain is a bit scary, but it's worth the drive when you take in the fantastic views! Be sure to go during a time when the roads aren't frozen, though. Nothing beats sitting in the hot tub, staring at the mountains all day. The couches and fireplace add a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely return to this place, if they keep the price reasonable.
