This property is exceptionally well maintained and scrupulously clean - everything looks new! It is tastefully decorated and very well equipped.Communication with Lisa before our arrival was excellent. She organised our parking permit permit for us and was at the property to welcome us on arrival. She was very friendly and gave us lots of useful information.

Excellent host, location and accommodation

Lisa, the owner, is fabulous - she communicates immediately, she ensures you understand everything about her apartment and North Bewick, she provides welcome treats, and she’s extremely friendly and passionate about making everyone’s experience too notch.

Host Lisa is a very lovely, caring soul. She is everything a host should be and more. The apartment was splendid. Of course I fell in love with the kitchen. You'll feel like you're in paradise.

Perfect!

A truly delightful apartment, perfect for our stay in North Berwick. Everything is as described - in fact it’s better - and the host could not be more helpful and easier to deal with.

Lovely property great location

Right next to the beach. The property was beautifully presented throughout. Very clean, all amenities working and in good order. Host was informative and helpful. No problems, would definitely use again. Thanks for a great trip.

Next to the Beach, North Berwick

Lisa is a wonderful host who met us, gave us a warm welcome and a short tour of her amazing apartment. The holiday home was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and very well maintained to a high standard. As the name suggests the property is next to North Berwicks wonderful east beach, it’s also a two minute walk to the town centre with its great restaurants, cafes and independent shops. We’ve stayed in North Berwick on numerous occasions and can honestly say this is probably the best holiday home that we have stayed in and we definitely hope to return to in the future.

A Lovely Place to Stay!

We loved everything about our visit to North Berwick. First and foremost, this apartment was fabulous! It was perfect for the 4 of us. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, big kitchen, single floor…everything beautifully designed. Being right next to the beach was awesome! Lisa was so nice and wonderful to work with. She gave a great tour of the amenities in the apartment. Everything was in perfect order. We highly recommend this apartment. We hope to be back for a visit soon.

Two golfers - Two days - Exceeded Expectations

I am writing to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful stay we had. The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our two-day golf trip with two of us. Its proximity to Gullane (a short drive) and the North Berwick Golf Course (easily walkable) was ideal. We also loved that it was just a short walk to the Ship Inn, Golf Rest, and a great selection of other excellent restaurants after our rounds.Your responsiveness and helpfulness as a host were fantastic. We also really appreciated how clean and recently updated the place was. The walk-in shower was a highlight, especially with the provided soap and shampoo. Although we didn't cook, we noted that the kitchen was very well-equipped. The separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, and supplies was also a great convenience. We found the visitor's guide you compiled to be incredibly thorough and helpful.The bedrooms were comfortable with nice linens and mattresses, and the TV room, with its good-sized TV and board games, was a nice touch. The location relative to the beach was also fantastic – just a short walk from the front door with a lovely view right there before even reaching the steps.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future for a longer visit to experience more of the charming village and the excellent golf courses.Thank you again for everything!
