Denne populære Maravilla 2BR / 2BA condo har en spektakulær udsigt over smaragdvandsfuglvandet fra Master BR, Familieværelse, spiseplads og køkken. Dette condo er i fuld visning med nyt familieværelse og spisestuemøbler samt gardiner og dyner. Familieværelsesvæggen og gæst soveværelsesvæggen spejles. Dette Condo har nye fliser i hele, nye køkken skabe og granit bordplader, nye rustfrie apparater. Det er en ikke-ryger lejlighed, der vil sove op til 6 personer.

Maravilla er et af de mest populære familiekomplekser med 2. 5 hektar dybt sukker hvid strand, to puljer (en opvarmet), boblebad, grill ved poolen og fitnessrum. Community club house er tilgængeligt til større sammenkomster og er udstyret med et køkken og opholdsområde med et tv. Maravilla ligger ca. 3 km øst for Destin Wal-Mart og 3 miles vest for Sandestin Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Great property. Great view, many other pet owners there. Thank you for offering a place for our furry friends to vacation with us. More properties should do this. There are doggy day care places in Miramar Beach to use. Will stay at this property again.

The condo was nice. The view was excellent a couple things I think they need to know is that they need more trash bags and toilet paper in a week’s time they don’t they don’t give you enough. The bed was comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Communication with the property management, Dreams, was very good. Unit was very clean, and the location and view can’t be beat! It would’ve been ranked a 5 Star, however the unit does need renovation/upgrading in the bathrooms. Mattresses need to be addressed as they are not firm and you will sink into them. If that’s the way you like to sleep, you’re good! All that said, it would be a possible choice to revisit due to view and location if I was unable to find a more updated unit at a comparable price.

Awesome ocean views

This was our second stay at Maravilla and we loved it even more this time because of the balcony views of the ocean. The condo was comfortable and we had everything that was needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful view. Check in process was simple. Dog friendly which was a huge plus! Needs some updating with paint, linens and living room chair a bit stained up. Overall a nice rental.

Nice stay

Unit was exactly as pictured in the listing. Great location. View was gorgeous, although there is a few trees and powerlines, but we looked right past that. Loved being able to bring our small dog and always enjoy the walking path right outaide the unit. Would stay again.

Vacation!

Check in process was great! The condo was beautiful and eqipped with everything needed. Grocery store nearby the beach views were stunning. Saw dolphins everyday, swam in the heated pool and enjoyed the hot tub. I love marivella and will definitely come back this was the perfect girls getaway
