Our property consists of 3 units (the Perla, Zaffiro, and Smeraldo Suite Apartments), which are completely independent and self-contained.
Here you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay (including Wi-Fi, Smart TV, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, and dishwasher). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook just like at home, including condiments such as oil, salt, and vinegar.
Check-in is hassle-free—thanks to a remote access system, you can enter the property at any time; just contact us!
There aren’t many reviews yet since the apartments are new and we’ve only been hosts for a few months, but we’re committed to ensuring you have the best possible stay in Cuneo.

Cuneo is located in the heart of Piedmont, surrounded by the Alps. It’s a strategic hub for mountain lovers and winter sports enthusiasts, as it’s close to the area’s most famous ski resorts (such as Limone Piemonte, a 30-minute drive away, or Prato Nevoso, 50 minutes away)
We’re also just 45 minutes from the Langhe, a region renowned for producing some of the world’s finest wines and offering plenty of outdoor experiences, such as walks through the vineyards or bike rides.
Cuneo is a magnificent city, just waiting to be discovered, with its ancient tower, the famous Piazza Galimberti—one of the largest squares in Piedmont—and its historic center. You can lose yourself in its narrow streets lined with small shops and fantastic restaurants, along with its historic bars, arcades, festivals, events, the riverside park, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, and plenty of adventures to enjoy.
