This contemporary 2 bedroom lodge boasts the following features: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan living kitchen area with wood burning stove, panoramic glass window and doors that open on to wrap around decking with views to the mountains. Traditional outdoor fireplace and up to 4 person circular hot tub private to property. Underfloor heating throughout, freeview tv package and wi-fi. This lodge is not overlooked by any other property thus affording excellent privacy. Plentiful parking, private gardens. Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. Barbecue.

    Great property in a peaceful location near to Loch Lomond. Enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable bed. Fantastic spot for exploring the area but returning to a quiet haven.

    A wonderful place to stay for a couple days, beds very comfortable. Located 5 minutes from duck bay hotel for food or drinks.

    The room and bed were very comfortable. Bathroom was spaceous and shower was great. View of the inlet and surrounding area was gorgeous! Claire is a wonderful host.

    Another great stay at Oak Lodge

    This was our families 3rd stay at Oak Lodge. We had a lovely time once again and our kids were already asking when we can go back again. The lodge has everything you need and the hot tub is a great extra. Great location and very private.

    Amazing!

    Wonderfully private, beautiful views, amazing hot tub, bbq and fire pit. Lovely staff and locals. Short cab ride to Loch Lomond with sea aquarium, cruise and supetmarkets. Our baby's first trip on our first wedding anniversary was just perfect for us. Please use local cab servicr "Wright taxis" absolutely, heartwarmingly helpful drivers and service.     I had the most amazing time at oak lodge, the views are incredible . The staff are so welcoming, the lodge is beautiful very modern Very clean and comfortable equipped with everything you need for your stay, I would like to thank Angela and Dave for our incredible stay.

    Our third and final stay! Main bedroom/ensuite stinks of drains clearly an ongoing issue since our

    last stay in Jan 2025! Hot tub cold and heavily chlorinated! Place looks tired and worn, disappointing!

    Thank you for your review, Maintenance will be performed in March for this property. It was completely renovated only 2 years ago and was a brand new property in 2019. The compromise to renting properties at the end of the season is substantially cheaper rates but properties will not be in perfect show home condition. Hot tub was refilled and as the property has a hot tap it would have been close to operating temperature for your arrival and would not have taken long to reach max temperature using the internal heater. We check and record the chlorine levels. It was within guidelines. If you get a smell of drains in any property all you need to do is run the water, the smell will go away when the water trap is refilled. All part of standard plumbing. Thank you for allowing us to clarify your comments.

    Fantastic location and amazing lodge

    A fantastic short stay at this lodge. It is well laid out, comfortable, clean, well presented and and has everything you could need. Great location for days out. The view is stunning and just watching the weather roll in over the hills/loch is captivating...it changes so quickly!. Fantastic enjoyable stay.

    Our second stay at this fabulous lodge for our annual girls trip away in December.Oak lodge is beautiful very clean and has all that you need. Great addition is the hot tub .Angela and her staff team fab and always on hand . Thank you See you next year !

    Wow Factor

    Not cheap but you very much get what you pay for. The first words out of all of our mouths were 'wow' and 'Stunning'. No expense spared on the lodge, fabulous location with amazing views and everything was spotless, including the hot tub. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay

    Relaxing family staycation

    Stayed here for the second time with our two kids and had a great time. The lodge is well kitted out and has a lovely cosy atmosphere. The kids loved the hot tub and making their own fire. The horses on the farm are a lovely addition too and the kids loved going to visit them. Close to lots of amenities and will look forward to booking again.

    Oak Lodge is a great cottage

    Beautiful modern cottage with a stunning outlook over the fields and hills. Well looked after by the owner Dave and his team led by Angie, who are on hand to help with any queries. Hot tub is a must! Bring your swimming trunks!
