As for the condo itself—it is even better than the pictures! It is spotless, beautifully remodeled, spacious, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. You can tell how much thought and care went into making this place feel like home.We loved sitting on the balcony every morning watching the sunrise and made so many special memories here. I’ve been coming to the beach for years and have stayed in many different places, and this has easily been my favorite condo.Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough. Between the beautiful, thoughtfully equipped condo, the perfect location in New Smyrna Beach, and an owner who goes above and beyond with genuine kindness, she is truly in a league of her own. We are so grateful for our time here and hope to return for many more memories!

My family stayed in this unit for the first time for our annual trip to New Smyrna Beach. We have been staying at The Pelican for 16 years and have stayed in many of the condos onsite. This condo was the best! It was clean, organized, and the location was great! The condo had absolutely everything we needed. We enjoyed most of our time by the pool and the beach. We love having the pools right on the beach like The Pelican does. The host was wonderful! Very responsive, and really cared about making our stay top notch. We hope to continue to stay in this unit for years to come! We found a gem!

Joan was very accommodating when our flights to Orlando were changed. She communicated prior to our arrival, during our stay (told us about the SpaceX launch) and on the day we were checking out. Her condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the condo were gorgeous. We were lucky to view the Super Moon and also sunrises! We would highly recommend her condo.
