Our largest room on offer comes with a fully a fitted kitchen: oven, hob, fridge and a seating area for diners. This King bedded room features a designer wardrobe with a key you would never lose! The ensuite bathroom is complete with a free standing roll top bath for ultimate relaxation.
A sofa bed means there is sleeping for 2 little ones.

Enjoy our traditional breakfast using local ingredients served with fresh fruits and cereals.
The space
We have three double rooms here at Low Road Farm , the King of Spades and the King of Heart which both have fully functional kitchens and The Ace of Diamonds.
These rooms can be booked individually or together.
We are situated in the small village of Runham, Norfolk. A gem of a bed and breakfast, individually styled by its owners. You will not find another B&B like this so close to the Norfolk Broads! The perfect place to explore the Norfolk Broads, Great Yarmouth, Norwich and the Coast with a quirkiness you only expect to find in the city.
