Blooming Villa Cos is a beautiful villa of 250 square meters on one floor, with garden and private parking.
The garden and the large terrace offer guests an incomparable lake view.
We have four large double bedrooms, two of which have lake views and a terrace that goes from the living room and includes the bedrooms.
All rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan.

On the garden floor there is a BBQ where you can enjoy unforgettable barbecues with friends.

The villa is located 500 meters from the Belgirate train station ( the villa is really quiet but sometimes, when the train passes, it is a little bit noisy ) and 300 meters from the lake where we find two excellent restaurants, a wine bar, bar, laundry, pharmacy and free beaches.
A 5-minute drive away is Stresa with its beautiful islands.


Lake Maggiore is a fun year-round destination; with wildlife and adventure parks, the Ondaland high-tech water park and an annual cultural events programme to enjoy, alongside wind surfing, wakeboarding, sailing, diving, tennis, horse riding, golf and Italian Alp Skiing opportunities. Lago di Varese, Lago di Monate and Lake Lugano are all within easy driving distance for day trips.
