Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats a day going to and from the island in the summer months. as there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa, which is 185 sq meters on a 1,000sq meters plot of land, is located between the Marina of Vourkari and the Bay of Otzia. The villa is part of a complex of 5 houses, each one completely independent of the other.

Description:

1st level – Living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a guest w.c. Leading off the dining area there is a large balcony with a sea view and 2 armchairs plus a stone built seating area.

Near the living room there is the front door that lead to the very large terrace with a swimming pool (5 X 11) and large shaded dining/seating area with a BBQ. There is also another corner seating area and some smaller seating areas and sunbeds.

Ground level- master bedroom (bed 1.60 X 200) with an en-suite bathroom (shower). 2nd bedroom (bed 1.50 X 2.00) with a bathroom (shower). 3rd bedroom (bed 1.40 X 2)and a second single bed with a bathroom (shower). 4th bedroom (independent entrance) with a window looking into the swimming pool (bed 1.60 X 2,00) and two single beds (90 X 2.00) with an en-suite bathroom. Outside the 4th bedroom there is a dining table/seating area for 6 people and steps leading up to the pool area.
