Thank you for your lovely review! We’re delighted you enjoyed the apartment and its fantastic location close to Florence’s highlights and local spots. We’re happy to hear you would stay with us again and look forward to welcoming you back!

Thank you for your review! We’re pleased to hear that you found the apartment clean, comfortable, good value for money, and ideally located near the historic city centre. We understand that having only one key can be inconvenient for a group of six adults, especially when guests have different plans. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will take your feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the property’s great location. We’re sorry that the handover was not as smooth as it should have been and that you had difficulty locating the cutlery. We’ll review the check-in information to make sure essential items are clearly explained and easy to find. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding instructions for the washing machine and dryer, and we’ll look into providing clearer guidance for future guests. Thank you as well for your comments about the toaster and tea towel. While these may not be listed amenities, we appreciate the suggestions and will consider them when improving the apartment. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide an even better experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the excellent location, the nearby restaurants, and the spaciousness of the apartment, particularly for a group of six. We are sorry, however, that the communication and check-in experience did not meet your expectations. We understand that prompt and clear communication is an important part of a comfortable stay, and we will review this with our team to improve our responsiveness. We also apologize for the inconvenience regarding the rubbish disposal, we will review our instructions and procedures to make this clearer and more convenient for guests. Thank you as well for pointing out the issues with the toilet and the small shower. We will have these aspects checked to determine what improvements can be made and ensure that the bathroom facilities are as comfortable and functional as possible. We appreciate your positive comments as well as your constructive criticism. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve the guest experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better circumstances.
