There were 4 of us who stayed and we loved the space! It was in a quiet neighbourhood but with our rental car it was close to many other cities. The restaurants were great and the parking was free and easy. We used the backyard pool every night, it was the perfect place and we would go back in a heartbeat!

We had a peaceful stay at Joan’s tranquil town house. It was very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant and fuss free. Joan is quick to respond to any questions we had & is a great host. Great steak restaurant a few mins walk away & local shops within walking distance. Thanks for a fab holiday!

The accommodation was lovely – very clean, well equipped, and located in a charming little town. We especially enjoyed the central location, which made it easy to reach any point on the island within about 1.5 hours by car. A small note: during our stay, the air conditioning unfortunately wasn’t working, so the bedrooms were quite warm. Also, the room facing the street can be a bit lively in the mornings.

The place is peaceful and chic, just like it looked like on the photos

The place is peaceful and chic, just like it looked like on the photos. The kitchen, the patio were very nice to hang out in with friends. The best was quite comfy. Location is a better further away than others, but therefore nice and quiet - the small town has a lil charm to it. Parking is free 1 small road down the accommodation. Would recommend :)

This place is absolutely beautiful

This place is absolutely beautiful. The city of Petra is quiet and peaceful. Juan was a great host! He was flexible with check in time as our ferry got to the island early in the morning. The house was easy to find and the instructions were clear. I would HIGHLY recommend this home! And would absolutely stay again with Juan.

Beautiful and well equipped house in a lovely town

Beautiful and well equipped house in a lovely town. A perfect stay for us. Traditional stone house, with the surprise of an outdoor private courtyard with outdoor kitchen and shower to cool off. Tastefully decorated. The town itself is lovely with selection of a few welcoming bars and restaurants around the pretty town square. Highly recommended.

a beautiful house in a charming village with nice neighbours. it‘s a great spot to explore the island. if you like running, hiking or cycling, there are many nice routes for sportive acitivities. the house is not only cute but also very well equipped. communication with the host was perfect - 100% recommended

I had an amazing experience staying at this house. It was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and full of charm. The area was so quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal—not only quiet and serene, but also well-situated for exploring other parts of the island. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. They made sure everything went smoothly. If you’re looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway with a welcoming host, this is the perfect place. Of you look up “above and beyond “ in a dictionary you’ll find a picture of Joan. We were unfortunately struck by unexpected health issues during our visit to Petra and I’m so grateful that Joan was our host during this time, understanding and accommodating to us in a time of need, he even drove us to the hospital when I asked for the number to a taxi service. The property is beautiful and the two bedrooms upstairs are very spacious. Just be careful not to leave even a crumb on the counter over night or ants will invade.

Lovely welcoming house……

Lovely welcoming house…….a lot bigger than photos, big bedrooms and really handy to have upstair toilet. Juan couldn’t have been more helpful, we couldn’t get washing machine door open, he came immediately and I also asked if there we’re anymore pillows……he left and went to buy some and returned straight away and with a box of biscuits!! Such a lovely guy who genuinely cared. Will definitely return 🫶🏻

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Patio lädt zum verweilen und entspannen ein. Angenehm ist die Lage, kein überlaufener Touristen Ort. Die Einheimischen sind sehr entspannt.

Wir waren rundum begeistert von dieser wunderschönen kleinen Stadtfinca auf Mallorca! Schon beim Betreten hatten wir einen richtig tollen ersten Eindruck: Alles war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit vielen kleinen mallorquinischen Details dekoriert. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern dort und haben uns direkt sehr wohlgefühlt. Beide Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ein besonderes Highlight war der schöne Außenbereich mit Außendusche und Pool. Der Pool ist zwar nicht besonders groß, mit etwa 1,50 Metern Tiefe aber perfekt für eine angenehme Abkühlung. Eine besonders schöne Idee fanden wir die kleine Fotowand mit einer Weltkarte. Dort können sich die Gäste mit einem Polaroidfoto und einem Pin verewigen und markieren, aus welchem Teil der Welt sie kommen. Direkt vor der Unterkunft kann man nicht parken. Das war für uns kein Problem, da ein paar Meter entfernt ein Parkplatz war. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden wieder buchen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’accès est très simple et le parking situé à proximité est vraiment pratique. Joan est très réactif, disponible et arrangeant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La maison est parfaitement équipée, tout est à disposition et il y a plein de petites attentions qui font la différence. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le tableau où chaque voyageur peut laisser une petite trace de son passage, c’est une idée originale et conviviale. La salle de bain est magnifique, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle, mais notre véritable coup de cœur reste sans hésiter la cour extérieure. La piscine, les plantes, la décoration et tout l’aménagement ont été pensés avec beaucoup de goût. C’est un endroit où l’on a adoré passer du temps et se détendre. Le logement est idéalement situé au cœur de l’île, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement tous les points d’intérêt. Le village est calme et paisible. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.
