Nestled on the edge of the cliff in front of the sea, this brand new suite invites you to experience exceptional, undisturbed sea views and the renowned Cycladic sunsets. Designed in natural stone where minimalistic Cycladic style blends harmonically with the surrounding scenery, sea and sky views.

Cave suite features a private swimming pool with deck ringed by lush loungers designed in full harmony with the surrounding landscape a spot where the beauty of the Aegean and luxury unite to welcome guests to an unparalleled summer experience.

The main standout component is the outdoor private terrace with pergola-shaded dining table and sofa, sunbeds and lounge chairs that offer to the guests’ unique panoramic views to the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea.

Cave suite is all natural in every aspect with interior white walls, smooth cement surfaces in grey color, built in bed and sofas, bamboo details and soft earthy tones creating a relaxing atmosphere. Special handmade, unpolished concrete furniture designed exclusively for the suite along with Kartell furniture and decorations complete the ‘canvas’ of the interior setting.

The suite features a living room with two sofa beds and an open plan kitchen with small bar and high stools, a bedroom with double bed completely set apart from the main areas and one bathroom with shower. Both the living room and the bedroom have natural light invading from the oversized floor to ceiling windows, direct access to the vast private terrace and stunning sea views.

Ideal for one family or couples that wish to relax, enjoy the ambiance and chilling moments in view of the endless blue horizon. Cave suite can accommodate 2 adults (double bed) and 2 children (two sofa beds).

Housekeeping and bed sheets replacement every 3 days are included in the rate.

Beautiful Paros rental property located directly on the western coast of the island. The suite provides room for up to four guests with full cooking facilities and a washing machine. This place is excellent for relaxing and is located minutes away from both Parikia and Naoussa, the airport, restaurants and services. Watching the sunset every day was a highlight. The only slight issue is with the ongoing construction of other Villas in the area which sometimes made access to the property challenging due to the very narrow roads but this is not a knock on the property because its location and quality is superb. We would stay her again and highly recommend it.

This is the perfect secluded getaway. You will need a car to stay here as there is nothing nearby to access in terms of food, shops etc. there are long narrow winding streets to drive on but once you are at the property it is worth it. Really spectacular.

Most amazing property!

Do not wait to book the Cave Suite! Everything about it is amazing- the layout, the design, and the incredible view. Alex is a wonderful host- great communication, proactive - even providing us with a complimentary breakfast! One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!!

Cave suite paradise!

The cave suite was a spectacular property! The view was stunning and the amenities superb. We were met at the airport and escorted for an easy check in. I would recommend a car to take in the surrounding attractions. I would highly recommend this property when in Paros.

The views are amazing - the pools looked beautiful - unfortunately it was October and they were cold.The room is very nice and true to the pictures. The host communicated clearly and answered our questions.The road from the main road to the villa is a bit bumpy but manageable.We even had a few goats visit us one afternoon!

Amazing

This was the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely spot on- so beautiful. It’s bigger than it looks in the photos too. And the pool/ sunset/ service —- everything was just amazing.

*Beautiful Views, But Not Equipped for a Long Stay*The views from this property are absolutely incredible — that alone made our stay memorable. The house itself is lovely, and we really appreciated the daily cleaning service, which was a nice touch. The bathroom showers were also great.That said, the property is not well equipped for longer stays. Over our two weeks here, we found the kitchen lacking basic utensils — no sharp knives for cutting bread or vegetables, no toaster, and no blender. For anyone staying more than a few days, this makes everyday cooking unnecessarily difficult.Our bigger issue was the Wi-Fi. It was unreliable throughout the day, cutting in and out, and at night (daytime for us in the US, when we needed it most for work) it was essentially unusable. For guests trying to work remotely or handle business calls, this was a serious problem.Overall, a beautiful place to look at, but it needs better kitchen basics and much more reliable Wi-Fi to work for longer or business-related stays.

Amazing stay at the Cave Suite!!

I cannot recommend the cave suite enough! Such an amazing property, amazing view! My stay was so peaceful and serene and I loved waking up each day with a view of the sea. I’ve stayed many places on Paros and this was by far my favorite. I will definitely be returning next season. The property managers were so attentive and responsive. Cannot wait to go back!

Magnificent views!! Not so great villa

Our views were absolutely stunning. - the villa was only so/so. Our private pool remained dirty for the entire trip. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken our whole visit and we let management know several times. Likely will not stay here again but the views are really amazing-

Ein wunderschönes Apartment mit fantastischem Meerblick. Der private Pool ist klein und niedrig, aber perfekt zum chillen und für Sundowner. Zum Schwimmen gibt es einen Gemeinschaftspool. Die Straße zum Haus ist eher eine Offroadpiste, wir sind aber auch mit Fiat Panda dort angekommen.Alles in allem eine 10 von 10!
