Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location with the market, cafes, and bars nearby. As you mentioned, the area can be lively late into the night, which is perfect for night owls. For light sleepers, the experience can vary depending on personal sensitivity to noise, so it’s something to keep in mind. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts!

This apartment is in a great location. The check in was easy. It was clean. We had two issues that didn’t make it excellent. The description doesn’t tell you that the air conditioning is centrally controlled by the building so you can’t adjust to your liking. 25 degrees is really warm when it’s July in Milan! The springs on the couch were broken making it impossible for two people to sit on it let alone three of us. We were able to gather a stack of books to prop up the center of the couch so two of us could try and sit on it. We mentioned both to the host. They weren’t able to address on the weekend.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the apartment’s location, cleanliness, and smooth check-in — we’re glad these aspects met your expectations. Regarding the remarks related to the AC and the couch, we appreciate you bringing it to our attention,as you mentioned, AC is centrally managed, which can limit individual adjustments, but we understand we all have different expectations when it comes to the room temperature, we will inspect the couch hoping it will prevent the other guests from using the books to sit on it more comfortably. Best Location Possible in Milan

Super clean, quiet modern apartment in ideal location, short walk to the Duomo, Galeria. Easy access to Metro. Location in multistory building on 5th floor with elevators after a 3 or 4 stepssteps. up.

The apartment itself is overall very nice—fantastic location, quiet, safe, and in a well-maintained building. That said, the management leaves a bit to be desired. Even a check-in just 15 minutes early comes with a €50 fee, which feels excessive. The apartment is missing some basic essentials that are typically expected in short-term rentals, like paper towels, salt, and other small conveniences. It could also benefit from a deeper clean, upgraded bedding, and a few thoughtful touches. In summary: great apartment, but the management experience could definitely be improved.

Great location to Duomo

Great location to Piazza Del Duomo and the Metro. Not close to Milano Centrale Station; but, easy Uber ride and/or we took the Metro with a 3-day travel pass (highly recommend) which made it easy to go everywhere. Safe. Clean property. Spacious. Updated. I really hate to give this property 4/5; however, I had to withhold the 5/5 because the air conditioning wasn’t really working. That meant we had to open doors to sleep at night because it was quite warm which meant neighborhood noise. I know. We’re spoiled; but, we paid for comfort and didn’t quite get that experience during our 3 night stay. No fault of the apartment rental company. I believe it was messaged that it was a building issue. Everything else was great.

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We're glad you appreciated the great location, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the apartment. We completely understand how important a fully functioning air conditioning system is, especially during warmer nights, and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused by the building issue. We appreciate your understanding and your kind words about our service. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again and provide an even better experience next time!
