We would, however, like to clarify a few points for future guests. The property complies with the required safety standards, and the relevant documentation confirming this was provided. The photographs used in the listing are current and accurately represent both the property and its condition. Regarding the reported drain smell, this has not been an issue previously, nor has it been mentioned by other guests. Nevertheless, any maintenance concern reported to us is always taken seriously and investigated. We were therefore surprised by the 2/10 rating, particularly as the property consistently receives very positive feedback, with the large majority of guest ratings between 8 and 10. We fully understand that every guest has different expectations and that a property may not suit everyone. We respect your decision to leave early, but we feel it is important to clarify these points so that future guests have a balanced and accurate picture of the property.
