Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear that you and your family had such an enjoyable stay and that everything met your expectations. It’s great to know you found the home clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and that the pool area was a highlight—especially with the heated pool on those chilly days. I truly appreciate your feedback and your kind words about my communication. You were a pleasure to host, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime in the future!

Thank you for your 5-star review Susan, I am so pleased to hear that you all enjoyed your stay. The house does have regular pest control but it has since had extra treatment to kill the ants, the dirt by the sliding door has also been cleaned. Thank you for being great guests, I do hope that we can welcome you to stay again in the future. Thanks, Nick

Thank you for your wonderful 5 star review Robert, I'm really pleased to hear how much you enjoyed the property and it was the ideal Disney base for you all, the location is perfect isn't it!! I'm also please that you appreciated the large pool area, its a sun trap isn't it, perfect for those chilled days away from the theme parks. I do hope that we can welcome you all to stay again in the future. Thanks, Nick

Thank you for your wonderful 5-star review Diana, I'm so pleased to hear you appreciated all the amenities within the property and the short distance to the parks. Hopefully you made some lovely memories with your family. We would love to be able to host you again in the future. Thanks, Nick

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry that your arrival experience fell well below the standard we strive to provide. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected failure by our cleaning team prior to your check-in, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive after a long day of travel to find the home not ready. While the cleaners responded quickly, we recognize that asking you to leave while they worked was not an acceptable solution, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the home itself, the pool, and found the master bed comfortable, and that our communication before and during your stay met your expectations. We sincerely regret that your first impression overshadowed what should have been a relaxing vacation. Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes and prevent this type of situation from happening again.

Thank you so much for your lovely review! It really means a lot to us to hear that you had such a wonderful stay and that the villa provided everything you needed to feel at home. We’re so pleased you enjoyed the pool area too, having plenty of space and lots of loungers and seating is something our guests really appreciate. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you, and we’re sorry to hear that you were sad to leave! 😊 We’d love to welcome you back to Orlando and the villa again on your next visit. Thanks again for choosing to book with us, and hopefully we’ll see you again before too long! Best wishes, Nick
