Simple, modern and clean room, perfect location to stay for snowboarding trips. We always look forward to booking a stay at this location during the winter & spring.

Teddy swims at the Dillon Ampitheatre and weekend in Breck!

Loved this place! Had everything we needed for a staycation weelend for us to see a show on sunday night and sownd the weeking tooling around breck, dillon and frisco, HIGHLY reccomend!

Nice room with a king bed and sofa, fridge and microwave, tons of dishes and a hotplate, but there isn't a kitchen. Location is great. Coffee shop and breakfast place in the building and walkable to all the Keystone summer stuff like the gondola and restaurants. Directions given to find the place were absolutely wrong. We drove around and there were no such roads and turns and there were gates. We had to communicate by text to clarify and it was clear the person responding had no idea where the place was. Fun thing is it was super simple- just in the garage on the south side of building, no crazy turns down random roads needed. The hot tub was only lukewarm with no way to turn it up, and the entire lobby smelled like the pool. The hall carpets were soggy, but the room itself was lovely and clean when we finally got there. Loved the little fake fireplace.

Thanks for the detailed feedback! We’re glad you ultimately enjoyed the room, location, and amenities. We’re sorry the directions caused some confusion. The directions provided are correct, but they intentionally take guests around the back of the building and directly to the garage entrance. This avoids the front entrance, which can be quite busy with guests and customers coming and going from the businesses on the lower level. We’ll take another look at how we explain this route to make it clearer that guests are being directed to the back of the building. We’re also sorry the building’s shared areas weren’t up to expectations during your stay. The lobby, hallways, pool, and hot tub are maintained by the HOA rather than our management team, so we unfortunately don’t have control over those areas, but we’ll certainly pass along your feedback to them. We’re glad you found the room itself clean and comfortable, and that you enjoyed the little fireplace!

Great location!

I chose this location because it was relatively close to Mt Elbert but also because Mt Sniktau and Grizzly/Cupid were nearby. The unit was very comfortable and well furnished. I was very happy!

Quite Comfortable and Solid

Location, highly comfortable bedding, access to underground parking, consistent, and immediate contact with owners, all of these were important highlights of our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone. A little upgrading, including another mirror or two and brighter lighting in the bathroom would be a5-star rating.

A Lovely Place to Stay in Keystone

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great! This cute rental was comfortable and had everything we needed. We slept well. We also appreciated the heated underground parking lot and that there is a grocery store and a coffee shop/restaurant in the same building. Communication was great. I texted a couple of times with questions and got fast friendly responses. We were so close to Keystone resort, we could have walked, but we ended up driving a minute or two to the parking lot.

The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again.

If your serious about skiing

If you want to ski all day/ evening and don’t need a bougie place to lay your head this is the place for you. This is an easy & close location to Keystone for 2-4 people. It is a studio with basics ammenities. Clean, decorated nicely, a comfortable bed to lay your head on after long day on the slopes.Check in/ out seamless, convenient store, coffee and breakfast places in building. Would definitely stay again!
