We always take proactive steps to ensure that there are no pests at any of our properties by hiring a professional pest control service to inspect and treat the units on a monthly basis, so we'd be informed if there were any. Moreover, we're saddened to hear from your review only and wish you contacted us about it immediately so that we could help you out since we have 24/7 support available to take your calls and handle your concerns. Nonetheless, you may rest assured that we've arranged an additional inspection of the unit and no roaches have been confirmed. Still, the unit was thoroughly treated.
