The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and kitchenware. The private bathroom includes a shower and complimentary toiletries.<br><br>The furnished balcony overlooks pine trees, the Sieve River, and the surrounding hills, offering a relaxing view and a temperature about two degrees cooler than Florence thanks to the nearby greenery. At night, you can enjoy a starry sky almost every evening.<br><br>The apartment is located on the first floor, served by an elevator and accessible to guests with disabilities.
