As you mentioned, the cabin is on a private compound with our other homes (cabins, cottage and historic home) VRBO properties - #701247, #838015, #853158, #968474, #1036498, #1059266, #1165009, #1509591, #2225105 I fixed the drain as soon as you checked out - thanks for bringing it to my attention when you left. We pride ourselves on maintaining our homes impeccably clean. Of course, our cleaning crew cleaned the showers/bathtubs. The volume of water to clean shower/bath is not the same as when you take a shower, so the drain did not appear clogged during cleaning or the follow up walkthrough that I personally do. When I unclogged it, the problem was deep down in the drain. As for shampoo and body wash, we provide that as a courtesy for our guests. Unlike a hotel or motel, we don't use the wasteful travel size . We use full size bottles, which are more environmentally friendly. We appreciate your comments. Sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations.
