Villa Nacle is a modern private villa with heated pool located in the peaceful village of Naklice, just 7 km from Omiš and the Adriatic coast. Designed for up to 6 guests, this stylish retreat offers privacy, comfort and easy access to beaches, nature and Dalmatian attractions.
Set on a spacious 1,000 m² fenced property, the villa provides 160 m² of fully air-conditioned living space spread over two levels. The interior features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. The open-plan ground floor includes a bright living area with Smart TV, PlayStation 5 and JBL speaker, connected to a fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, coffee machine and all essential appliances. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Guests can enjoy a 28 m² private heated swimming pool with hydromassage bench, spacious sun deck with loungers and umbrellas, covered lounge area, and a trampoline for children. We had an absolutely wonderful stay hosted by the lovely Tonka. She was an amazing host — so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely lovely. The villa was beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean, with everything we could have wished for. The pool was fantastic, and the views were simply breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily recommend Tonka and her beautiful villa to anyone. Thank you, Tonka, for making our stay so special and for the lovely Croatian dinner ❤️❤️

Special place!

We are very lucky to find the vacation home! It’s a beautiful house with everything you need to enjoy and relax in. The location is wonderful location. There is so much to do - beaches, historical cities/sights, and many outdoor activities, which was a great experience for our children (12 and 10 years old). Our host Tonka and her husband are great. We got a welcome basket with the organic products from their farm and Peka which is a delicious local cuisine. What a treat! They are also very friendly, responsive, have many great suggestions to help us explore the area. We stayed for 14 days, we wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you Tonka!

Glorious residence!

Absolutely stunning villa! from the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything you could possibly need. The views were incredible and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. Host was attentive and made the whole experience seamless. Truly felt like a home away from home. One of the best stays we've ever had. already thinking about coming back

Luxurious hillside pool sanctuary

Fabulous property with everything thought of. We had a wonderful time with our two kids and relatives here and were sad to leave. Lots of parking and a beautiful property. The hosts were exceptional and we hope to return.

A perfect stay at a beautiful villa with a heated pool—everything was amazing from start to finish!

The Villa, the heated pool, the view, and the location... everything was amazing. We had everything we needed to enjoy a short but sweet spring holiday. Tonka was super friendly and promptly responded to our messages; she even left a welcome gift for us. Our group of friends forged great memories here that we will never forget.

High-end vacation!

We stayed here and had the most amazing time. The villa is absolutely stunning and the pictures do not do it justice. The place has all the features that you could ever need with air con and dishwasher etc. The best part however is the pool with amazing views and a lovely patio. Our host was really attentive and sent me loads of links for things to do in the area too. Could not recommend this place enough if you’re thinking of booking a villa in Croatia do yourself a favour and book this one.

The villa was amazing!

Everything you see on the pictures is exactly how it is in real life. It's a brand new house with everything you need from a dryer to a juicer. Super clean and peaceful. The host is very friendly and offered a nice refreshing welcome gift. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

We had a great vacation here!

A clean and cozy house, the description fully corresponds to the house. All amenities available. Friendly and helpful hostess. Easy and spacious parking. A well-equipped kitchen, all the necessary dishes and utensils are available. Quiet area, privacy in the yard. Good air conditioning, air heat pump in every room, the house stays cool enough even in the hottest heat.

Great stay!

We’ve had the best 10 days. Tonka was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. The villa and grounds looked exactly like the photos - absolutely perfect. It was super clean and had everything you could possible image you’d need for holiday - and more! (There were utensils for EVERYTHING and glasses for every drink you’d possible want!) The local recommendations were spot on and we had the best meal on our last night at the local restaurant. Tonka was just a message away if we needed anything. She even made us a traditional Croatian dish one evening, and another evening we woke up to some freshly picked veg from her garden that she’d placed on the table outside. We’d definitely stay again! Thanks so much for having us! We’ve had the best time ever :)

We would book this house again at any time and can therefore recommend it in every respect!

We were guests in this wonderful house for 10 days. We, 4 adults and 2 children, were completely thrilled. Everything in the house is new and very high quality. The outdoor areas were also very well maintained and lovingly laid out. The location of the house was also perfect for us as it is in a very quiet area and you can get to Omis in about 10 minutes by car. The small town is also very beautiful and worth seeing! Our vacation was rounded off by our great hosts. Tonka and her husband were available to us at any time and helped and supported us immediately, both when our car broke down and when we booked a boat tour. You really felt very welcome here.

Beautiful!

It is finished to such a high standard and is spotlessly clean. Our family have had the most amazing time in Croatia. We received a very warm welcome from Tonka who showed us around the house and gave us lots of information about the local area. The kitchen was stocked with some food and drink to get us started and throughout our stay Tonka provided frequent deliveries of fresh locally grown fruits and vegetables. She even offered to cook us a Croatian meal one evening. The house is absolutely stunning and everything you need is provided, even down to washing powder. The garden is not overlooked and boasts stunning mountain views and an amazing pool. We would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future!

Family break at Villa Nacle

We had a wonderful week at Villa Nacle as a family of four adults and a toddler. Tonka and Josip are the most amazing hosts. Tonka was at the Villa to greet us on arrival and was available on Whatsapp should we have any questions. She gave us some great restaurant and beach recommendations. We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter. The travel cot and highchair we had requested were set up ready for use. The travel cot was immaculately clean made up on arrival. Tonka had also left some toys for our daughter to play with during our stay which was a very thoughtful touch.  The villa was spotless and very spacious. The interior design is beautiful and modern. We could not fault it. It has all the amenities you could possibly need and more. The beds were extremely comfortable and every room features blackout shutters for a good nights sleep. The split level garden was great and features the main pool, a trampoline, climbing frame with slide/swing and a mini football pitch. We really enjoyed eating breakfast outside each morning taking in the mountain views. You can see the Crkva Gospe Snježne (Stomorica) church from the villa which is lit up at night. The villa is very easy to find and was approximately a 40 minute drive from Split Airport. It was approximately a 10-15 minute drive into Omis.  Josip discreetly visited early most mornings to maintain the pool and water the plants. He left a basket of fresh cherries from their garden on more than one occasion. There is a list of fresh fruit and vegetables available from their land in the welcome pack. We have never stayed in a villa with such wonderful hosts. Two members of our party have already booked to stay again later this year. Thank you for a great holiday!

En uge i drømmevillaen

Vi havde den mest vidunderlige uge i Villa Nacle. Huset oversteg alle vores forventninger – det er moderne, smagfuldt indrettet og skinnende rent. Allerede fra vi trådte ind ad døren, følte vi os velkomne. Vores fantastiske vært, Tonka, havde gjort vores ankomst helt speciel med frisk brød, oste, skinke og noget at drikke – en helt perfekt måde at blive budt velkommen på! Tonka havde endda sørget for at opvarme poolen, så vi kunne nyde den, selvom vi var der uden for højsæsonen. Det udendørs område var som et lille paradis – vi brugte masser af tid ved poolen og i det hyggelige legeområde. Placeringen af huset er også helt perfekt! Kun en kort køretur på ti minutter til Omis og stranden – det gjorde det let at tage på små udflugter. Tonka var altid tilgængelig, hvis vi havde spørgsmål om huset eller området, og hun var utrolig hjælpsom hele vejen igennem. Alt i alt var det en fantastisk oplevelse, og vi kan varmt anbefale Villa Nacle til alle, der søger en uforglemmelig ferie i skønne omgivelser! ?

Special place!

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super schnell, sehr hilfsbreit und unsere Fragen wurden super beantwortet. Das Haus war so wie beschrieben, räumlich sehr gut geschnitten, sehr sauber, super gelegen. Wir waren mit unseren Kinder 8 und 9 Jahre, das Haus war perfekt für unsere Familie und unseren Aufenthalt. Der Pool der kleine Fußballplatz waren ein super Ausgleich. Es hat an der Ausstattung im und ums Haus nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns super erholt. Die Besitzerin war immer ansprechbar, hat uns super Tipps gegeben und wir konnten auch frisches Obst und Gemüse über sie bestellen. Fazit für uns, wir können es wirklich mit sehr guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen und können uns vorstellen wieder in dem Haus einzuchecken!!! Vielen Dank Tonka für die Zeit deine Tipps, deine Unterstützung!!!

High-end vacation!

Einfach traumhaft schön! Wir hatten die Freude eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Villa zu verbringen. Das Haus entspricht den Bildern 1:1 und ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca 10 Minuten in Omiš und somit auch an den nächsten Bademöglichkeiten. Ebenso perfekt ist der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin, die uns bei allen Fragen immer super kurzfristig geholfen hat und mit vielen Tipps zur Seite stand. Auch regelmäßige Überraschungen an frischem Obst und Gemüse haben uns sehr gefreut. Wir würden sowohl das Objekt, als auch andere Objekte von Adria Vacay wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Extraordinary journey!

Tonka er en af de sødeste og mest imødekommende værter vi nogensinde har boet hos. Huset er skinnende rent og fungerer super godt. Der er den fineste udsigt ud til et bjerg som vi nød fra de fine terrasser og den lækre pool. Tonka var super hjælpsom og hjalp os med alle vores mange spørgsmål. De varmeste anbefalinger herfra og vi kommer helt sikkert igen hvis lejligheden byder sig en anden gang.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Boravak u ovoj kući za odmor bio je izvan svih očekivanja! Bili smo dvije obitelji s djecom i svi smo jednostavno uživali. Kuća je izuzetno uredna, odlično opremljena i uređena s puno stila i pažnje prema detaljima. Posebno nas je oduševio vanjski prostor. Bazen, ležaljke i dječja igrališta uz bazen pokazali su se kao pun pogodak – djeca su bila presretna i gotovo cijelo vrijeme provodila vani. Na raspolaganju smo imali i odličan roštilj koji smo koristili svaku večer, što je dodatno upotpunilo naše druženje i boravak. Domaćin zaslužuje posebnu pohvalu. Bila je iznimno ljubazna, susretljiva i uvijek dostupna za sva pitanja i potrebe, zbog čega smo se osjećali dobrodošlo od prvog do posljednjeg trenutka. Jedina zamjerka je što je boravak trajao prekratko! Četiri dana i tri noćenja jednostavno nisu bila dovoljna da u potpunosti uživamo u svemu što ovaj smještaj nudi. Oduševljeni smo cjelokupnim iskustvom i sigurno ćemo se ponovno vratiti, ovoga puta na znatno duži odmor.

Brilliant service!

Great house with all you need for staying comfortable in Croatia. Clean, great swimming pool, very nice and helpful host, proactively offered us help in food/place recommendations. Also good for kids as there is place for playing with them or leaving them quite safely alone, swimming pool, plenty of space inside and outside. Overall absolutely recommend!

Glorious residence!

Ons verblijf in de villa was geweldig! Het is in het echt nog ruimer dan op de foto’s. We hebben genoten van het verwarmde zwembad. De villa oogt gloednieuw en van is van alle gemakken voorzien. Tonka was altijd in de buurt voor ons en reageerde erg snel op vragen. We komen heel graag terug.
