THE APARTMENT
The apartment is approximately 45 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The cosy living room features a comfortable seating area, a sofa bed for two and direct access to the sheltered balcony. Enjoy beautiful mountain views and soak up the afternoon sunshine.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
*One bedroom with two single beds.
*One bunk bed in the hallway.
*One sofa bed for two in the living room.

KITCHEN AND AMENITIES
The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, toaster, hob and raclette grill.

The apartment also has a TV, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom features a shower and washbasin, and the toilet is in a separate room.

Please note that there is no Wi-Fi. A TV and board games are available for relaxing evenings together.

LOCATION AND BUILDING
The apartment is located on the edge of the centre of Oz-en-Oisans, just approximately 200 metres from the Alpette gondola lift. Its convenient location makes it easy to reach the lift and enjoy your skiing holiday.

The building has a lift, and a private ski locker is available for storing your ski equipment.

Important: Parking during winter 2026–2027

Due to the construction of a new apartment building next to the Hermine residence, the usual free parking spaces beside the building will not be available during winter 2026–2027. You can still stop outside the building to load and unload your luggage. Please take this temporary parking restriction into account when planning your stay.

OZ-EN-OISANS AND THE SKI AREA

Oz-en-Oisans is a charming mountain village in the Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine Ski area, offering access to more than 250 km of ski runs.

Two gondola lifts from Oz provide direct access to the extensive ski area, allowing you to explore a wide variety of slopes.

The village offers a range of amenities, including restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, a supermarket, a butcher, a bakery and an ESF ski school. Childcare facilities are also available.

Thanks to the apartment’s location near the village centre and ski lift, a car is not essential during your stay.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS

Bed linen and towels are not included in the basic rental price. You can bring your own or arrange a rental in advance through the local property manager. The cost is €16 per person.
