Kevin, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. As for the condition of the exterior living space, to be clear, we do not have an exterior living space. We have an outdoor patio area by the pool in a desert setting subject to outdoor elements. Perhpas you are not familiar with the desert climate, but we do have occasional dust storms and while the patio is cleaned weekly, we cannot guarantee that there will not be dust on the furniture when the winds were high, as they were the day before your arrival. We apologize if you had to dust off the outdoor table prior to use.

Julie, so glad to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay in the desert! We hope to have you all back again in the future. Until then, best of luck with the horse shows and wishing you many more wonderful travel adventures!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and generous review. We're truly delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your stay and that the home helped make your week relaxing and memorable. It sounds like you made wonderful use of the area as well — from exploring Old Town La Quinta, hiking and enjoying the beautiful desert scenery and dinner at the Adobe Grill. It was a pleasure hosting you, and thank you as well for your kind words about the communication — we always want our guests to feel well taken care of during their stay. You were wonderful guests, and you would be welcome back anytime. We hope we have the opportunity to host you again on a future desert getaway. Until then, wishing you many wonderful travel adventures!
