Just 5 minutes from the beach and shops while being in a quiet residential area, the "La Brise des Bois" Gîte is brand new, tastefully decorated, and equipped with quality amenities to ensure you have a very comfortable stay.

Designed to accommodate 2 people and covering approximately 35 m², fully air-conditioned and connected to Wi-Fi, the gîte comprises:

- an entrance,

- a lovely living area featuring an equipped American kitchen (top fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso, microwave, kettle, oven...), a lounge area with a 3-seater sofa, and a high table for meals.

- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, wardrobe, and storage,

- a shower room (wc / washbasin unit / Italian shower)

- a utility room with a washing machine, ironing board...

- a fully enclosed wooden terrace of 40 m² equipped with a dining table with a corner sofa, a large parasol, 2 sun loungers, and a plancha.

Parking is available in front of the gîte.

Pets are not accepted.

Linen and cleaning are not included in the rental price but can be provided if you wish (please request this when booking).

Cleaning fee: 50 euros.

Linen fee: 25 euros (including sheets, towels, dishcloths, bath mats).
