The apartment is new and elegant, offering fully air-conditioned rooms and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for smart working. Strategically located just 200 metres from Metro A (Furio Camillo) and a few minutes from the historic centre, you can easily reach all of Rome's main attractions. In fact, the area around the flat is part of the Tuscolano district, a highly regarded residential area of Rome where you can breathe in an authentic atmosphere away from the beaten tourist track. Tuscolano is well served by metro, trains and buses, providing quick connections to the historic centre, as well as to the railway station and Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.

The neighbourhood offers a good range of everyday amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and shops. The neighbourhood retains a popular and lively character, ideal for those who want to experience Rome like a local.

What's more, being a penthouse, you can enjoy a splendid view over the whole of Rome!

Property was well maintained. The outside area is lovely to relax in after a busy day in the city.There is a lovely cake and coffee shop nearby which is well worth a visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment while we were in Rome. The metro is easy to access and get to the inner part of the city or the outer parts. Very nice. The host was very accommodating when we communicated. We would stay here again.

The apartment was as described and the host was very helpful with additional information on transportation, restaurants, areas of interest. What we liked best was it was very close to the subway which may it very easy to get around. Also, welcomed us with champagne which was very lovely. Definitely recommend without hesitation.

Direct sub urban train from airport to Roma Tuscolana and a quick 5 min walk. Great location on metro. Property was perfect for small family and the balcony was an extra special treat to enjoy the sun.

The unit was great and met our needs nicely. It was only 1 1/2 blocks from the main subway station and close to the train station. The only concern was that the neighborhood felt a little sketchy at first, but we got used to that fairly quickly.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was helpful and communicated everything we needed to know. Great restaurant and market.suggestions. The neighborhood felt safe, people were nice and metro was easy to access. Only disappointment was the streets around the building could be better cared for and trash removed but that is not the fault of the host I saw a lot of the same around other neighborhoods in Rome.

We were mostly interested in main Rome sightseeing sites so I have no idae about shopping around the property. But the property itself is exceeded our expectations! Bright spacious loft with a huge terrace iveroverlooking Rome's roofs. All facilities are new and well functioning, bedrooms are rather big, beds are comfortable, neighbourhood is calm and safe.

Host is very professional. He replied our messages in 24 hour. The property was clean and had everything which we needed. We loved the patio of the property. The location was very convince, 5 minute walk to metro station.FYI, the property is in the 8th floor and elevator can only go to 7th floor. There were around 10-15 steps stairs between 7th floor and 8 floor.

We found the flat to be an oasis from what turned out to be the blistering heat of a day out in Rome. The air con was excellent and soon kicked in when switched on upon your return. The flat is well situated a stones throw from a tube station on the main line. This allowed easy access to all sites and was a speedy way to get around. To be honest we made the most of our 6 days including the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Pantheon. It was nice to then to take the short journey out of the city and the two minute walk to the flat from the tube station to relax in a homely environment.We were a family of four and followed the advice of our hosts to take in their recommended eating establishments in the residential area where the flat is situated. This allowed an authentic experience of local food in a normal environment away from the crowds of the city. There was also a local market literally around the corner which supplied all of our needs for the times we were in our accommodation. The flat itself had two showers and plenty of room for us all with all the mod cons including washing machine and dishwasher to make life easier while there. The hosts communicate really well with some useful starting out tips for Rome and the area. It is kept to a high standard and I would heartily recommend this property to enable the stay to be a happy one.

The apartment was spectacular! It was very clean ,centrally located in a residential part of Rome away from the crowds, a 5 minute walk from the subway, and close to local stores and restaurants. Nicola was a great host. He was friendly patient,, very accommodating, and extremely helpful when we needed directions. The apartment is on the top floor( 8th) of the building, and you should be aware that the elevator only goes to the 7th, so you have to walk up the last flight with your luggage. All in all, we would stay there again without hesitation.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 3. Nicola was an amazing host and she recommended so many good places to eat. It is only a couple minute walk to the metro and made it so easy to get to the sites and was so nice to come back in the evenings for a relaxed dinner.
