Your vacation, immersed in the Art Nouveau style of Naples, awaits you in the heart of the vibrant Chiaia district. Enjoy romantic walks and breathtaking views, just steps away from the sea and all transportation options for quick access to the entire city.
The apartment is spread over two levels and is equipped with all modern comforts (ideal for families as well). On the first level, you'll find a comfortable double bed with a memory foam mattress and topper for an exceptional rest, a practical sofa bed (140 cm wide) that can accommodate two additional guests, and a bathroom with a shower, equipped with all amenities. The upper level features a living area with a table and four chairs, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine with capsules, kettle, dishes, and everything you need for a relaxing moment with tea, coffee, or herbal infusions.
You can also enjoy a rooftop terrace offering a 180° view of the Gulf of Naples. It’s the perfect spot for sunset aperitifs, dinners, or morning breakfasts. The terrace is furnished with cozy sofas and armchairs for relaxation, comfortable loungers for sunbathing, and a 4-meter table with seating for eight.
The house is located in the Chiaia district, a refined and elegant area known for its grand Art Nouveau buildings, luxury shops, and sunlit promenades close to the Chiaia Riviera’s shoreline. The neighborhood is rich with amenities such as bars, tobacco shops, and grocery stores. You’ll also find a wide array of restaurants offering various cuisines, from traditional Neapolitan dishes to Peruvian specialties, from quaint trattorias to Michelin-starred establishments.
The area is well-connected to the Spanish Quarters, which embody the soul and essence of Naples’ popular culture, as well as to the historic center, the city's vibrant core. For soccer enthusiasts, the Fuorigrotta stadium is just two metro stops away.
A bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the entrance, and the metro is just a short walk away. However, given the strategic location, we recommend exploring on foot with walking routes (which we’ll be happy to share with you) lasting no more than 20 minutes. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in Neapolitan life and appreciate the fascinating contrasts that define the city.
We’ll be at your disposal to provide advice on walking routes, information about metro and ferry services, museums, events, restaurants, transportation, and anything else to make your stay a dream come true.
