The bedrooms consist of a king and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside courtyard with dining set and sofa set plus onsite parking for 1 car. Opposite the beach. Shop, pub 0.1 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Adventure to the coasts of Dorset with a stay at Two @ No36. Note: Stairs access up to apartment. Note: Metal staircase down to garden. Note: there is no lift available in the building. Note: There is a height restriction to the car park of 2.35 metres. Note: Parking for one car only. Nearest additional pay and display car park is Weymouth Pavilion a few mins walk from the property. Note: External metal staircase provides additional rear entrance to property from parking area. Please note: Access to the rear of the building/parking area means guest walking past your courtyard (as shown in image 27). Festivals will cause some inconvenience due to some road closures and parking restrictions. Should you require any further assistance or clarification on this please do not hesitate to contact us.
