Living area: equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, a kitchen with everything you need to prepare breakfast, make coffee, and enjoy ready-made meals (it is not equipped for preparing lunches or dinners), refrigerator, freezer, microwave, a table with chairs, and a sleeper chair.

The bedroom: new, comfortable, with an orthopedic mattress and soft pillows, an eight-door wardrobe with a mirror, a smart TV, a safe, and a balcony with a panoramic view.

Bathroom: brand-new, with wall-mounted fixtures and linens that are always fresh and clean.

Outdoors: you’ll find a panoramic balcony with a charming Tiffany-blue French bistro set ready to welcome you for breakfast or a simple coffee, along with a very comfortable hanging garden chair where you can relax

The completely independent apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly building; we live on the first floor and first floor.

Within a few hundred meters, you’ll find all the necessary amenities:
supermarkets, a bakery, a diner, a café, a tobacco shop, an ATM, a pharmacy, etc.
Located just a few meters from the bus stops for Caserta and Naples and 600 meters from the train station.
A taxi service is also available upon request, with costs to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
