Villa Vavilla, situated near the charming Gaios on the picturesque island of Paxos, offers a serene escape with stunning sea views and all the comforts of home. Ideal for families or groups of up to six, this private residence combines modern amenities with the beauty of nature, a sunny pool and lovely terraces, just a short distance from the local beaches.
Comfortable and Spacious Living
This single-level villa spans 120 square meters and features three air-conditioned bedrooms: two doubles, one of which with an en-suite shower, and a twin with an en-suite shower. The airy open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, family shower/WC, and a cozy lounge with stunning views.
Outdoor Oasis
The villa's private pool (9.5m x 4m), children's plunge pool, and sun terrace provide the perfect space to relax under the Paxos sun. Enjoy al fresco dining on the shaded terrace, prepare meals on the BBQ, or simply unwind with views of the sea, garden, and surrounding countryside.

Really lovely villa in a great location. Owners live next door and are attentive but super discrete. They take care of everything and the property is incredibly well maintained. We will definitely go back.

Amazing villa and pool

Amazing villa and pool in a very convenient spot outside Gaios on the road towards Longos, with a stunning beach just 5 mins walk away. Super convenient, host very helpful and was lovely to have our bedding changed mid week - a beautiful spot to wile away an afternoon by the pool with striking views over the sea to the mountains on the mainland.

Amazing Family Holiday

We had an amazing time at Vavilla! The villa was perfect for our family, with plenty of space and a great pool for the kids. The location is ideal, close to everything but still very peaceful. The views were spectacular, especially at sunset. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday spot!

A Dream Holiday

Vavilla is a dream come true! The villa is stunning, with a beautiful pool and breathtaking views. It’s located just a short drive from the beach and shops, which made it very convenient. The owner was incredibly accommodating and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Vavilla was incredible! The villa is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The pool and garden were wonderful, and we spent most of our time there. The location is quiet but close to beaches and local attractions. We will absolutely return in the future!

An Unforgettable Experience

Vavilla is a perfect villa for a relaxing holiday. The villa is beautifully designed and offers fantastic facilities. The pool area is ideal for both adults and kids, and the children's plunge pool was a hit with our little ones. We had a fabulous week and can’t wait to visit again! The villa was exceptional in every way; it surpassed our expectations. It has had a refurb since the photos were taken and was beautifully and stylishly furnished. We felt privileged to be staying. very pretty

This accommodation unit, on the island of Paxos, was designed with tourists and their experience in mind. It has a lot of personality, much more beautiful than the pictures can show and very comfortable. The view is gorgeous, the pool is a plus, and the rooms are extremely spacious. The kitchen is so well equipped that you will not need anything extra. We recommend it to everyone who wants a complete experience on their holiday in Greece. The beds are big and comfortable, the three bathrooms are a big plus, the outdoor terrace is so beautiful.

We had the most wonderful week

We had the most wonderful week staying in Villla Vavilla. The place was perfectly situated, a short walk away from the town but removed enough so that you always feel like you have peace and quiet. Amazing view overlooking the mountains on the other side of the sea, well worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The villa was stylish and comfortable, everything was well-maintained, and we were even greeted with a delicious apple pie on arrival. I couldn't recommend Rania and her family's villa enough, a truly fantastic experience. Thank you so much

The holiday gang

From the moment we walked in the door we fell in love with this villa. Its probably one of the best, if not the best villa weve stayed in. There were provisions waiting for us on arrival. The kitchen was really well equipped and all the rooms were very well decorated with lovely comfortable furniture. The views were lovely from the patio, which was also really well presented and maintained. There were steps into the pool making easy access and the sunbeds were comfortable, especially the king size 4 poster sunbed which was well used by us. The owners were really nice and checked in on us a couple of times to ensure our stay was going well and that they were accessible should we need them. You could access a beach bar with subbeds, umbrellas and refreshments a couple of minutes walk down the steep road there was limited parking on the side of the road. You can also take a 20 minute walk into the beautiful town of Gaios where there are 3 adequately stocked supermarkets, ample shops and the most delightful marina that had plenty of restaurants to choose from. You can also get some gorgeous sunset photos too. Our stay was late September so was the start of the rainy season so in hindsight we would plan to visit a little earlier next time. We would totally recommend this villa to others

Villa Vavilla is great, thoughtfully and beautifully decorated- we loved it. From the spectacular terrace with fantastic views, to the amazing pool and relaxing space, it ticked all the boxes. We really appreciated the small touches like an excellent coffee machine, lovely crockery and glasses etc…The proximity to an amazing beach and Gaios was fantastic and meant we didn’t need to use the car much. The owner was very helpful and we really felt they cared we enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t have been better. Thanks
