Fantastic 6 bedroom villa with heated pool, beautiful garden and sea views.

This fantastic villa with 6 spacious, south facing bedrooms has stunning views over Praia da Luz and to the sea. It has been beautifully decorated with a private, freeform swimming pool which can be heated (at extra cost) with plenty of luxurious sun loungers for you to be able to soak up the sun. The villa is sat in beautiful garden with a large lawned area and provides 3 separate dining areas for you to enjoy meals either inside or al fresco, either enjoying the stunning view from the upstairs terrace or on the poolside terraced where there is a brick-built BBQ where you can cook your favourite grills, both offering plenty of shade. There is an outdoor pool table and table tennis for those who don’t want to just lie in the sun and the villa is located just a short walk into the village of Praia da Luz and the stunning beach. The bedrooms are light and airy and offer 3 double bedrooms (en suite) and 3 twin bedrooms which can be made into doubles if required giving great flexibility for various family members or groups of friends and offers something for all age groups. There is also a log burning stove in the living room an central heating should it get a bit chilly in the evening.

Nicely furnished, beautiful tiles throughout and spacious. The pool was a good size for the grandchildren and the garden was also spacious and well maintained. The beach, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

Wonderful Family Holiday

Beautiful villa, quiet location with stunning views.Great pool for adults and children, 2 of whom leaned to swim during our stay.Beach, shops and restaurants all accessible by foot.

Fantastic villa, everything was great! The grandchildren loved the pool and space, they could play pool or table tennis. Just as it said in other reviews. Perfectly located, up an incline walking back from shops and beachfront, good exercise after eating and drinking! Shops really local, chemist as well which was handy. Plenty of good places to eat and shop. Lagos was excellent too, we ate, drank and shopped. We had a wonderful trip on the boat to see dolphins, amazing to see them in their natural environment. All in all a wonderful place and holiday. Jane was outstanding and got back to us with any questions we had very quickly. Would certainly recommend to others.

A very good property, with well equipped kitchen, sun loungers and chairs etc. for 11 people.Walking distance to Luz beach (10 minutes on small decline/incline) and shops, with splendid views of sea and cliffs from the upstairs balcony, bedrooms and dining area. Swimming pool was warm and a good size, albeit there isn’t a sufficiently shallow area where small children can safely bathe.Only negatives - the WiFi was unavailable throughout our stay and there was only one hair dryer for everyone to use. Not a big deal though.

Great family house-We had a wonderful time at the beautiful home that is within walking distance to town and morning coffee :)All bedrooms were very comfortable and clean . Outside poolArea had plenty of lounge chairs for the family .

This is a lovely villa, located just above the town of Praia da Luz. It suited our needs perfectly for a May half term holiday with 7 adults and four children aged 2 to 10.Positives include the location (not too far from the main town), the pool with steps for the little ones to get in, the outside table and space for barbecuing, the garden below the pool area and the views to the sea. The rooms were all clean and comfortable and spread over two floors.Our only problem was getting in contact with the host to receive the check in instructions, as she had been ill, but this was resolved by the VRBO team the day before we left home.

This spacious 6 bedroom villa is in a beautiful location for Praia da Luz beach. It has spectacular views from the upper floor towards the sea. The property is nicely furnished and decorated with comfortable beds. The garden was beautiful and safe for our grandson to run around in.Other aspects of the property weren't ideal for toddlers as there are many levels outside and around the pool area, so it was a bit precarious at times. You also have to walk through one of the bedrooms to access the pool area unless you use the outside steps.There were a few issues that needed attention during our stay but Jane was attentive to getting these sorted.

We had a really lovely stay at this villa and really enjoyed our time here. The villa itself was nice, and the views from the property were absolutely lovely, making it a very relaxing place to spend our holiday.Some parts of the villa are a little dated, and we experienced a few issues during our stay. However, the host was helpful, responsive, and did their best to resolve everything as quickly as possible, which we appreciated.The location is particularly great for families with young children. It’s in a peaceful area that isn’t too busy, with a few lovely restaurants nearby and a sandy beach within easy reach. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it for families looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. Great location with an easy stroll to beach and restaurants and the view is lovely. Accommodation is so spacious and comfortable and the pool area really private, enhanced by the very well maintained gardens. None of us wanted to leave and would definitely hope to return. Many thanks to Jane for responding quickly to any requests and queries.

Great stay in Luz. The villa is within walking distance of the town & beach and a short Uber or bus from Lagos. The large garden and pool area were great for the kids and the pool and table tennis tables an added bonus. Kitchen was well equipped, with more than enough of everything. The owners were close by and very responsive, checking everything was ok after our check in and before we left.

Beautiful, clean villa. Excellent location! Jane was so easy to contact if we needed anything. We stayed for 2 weeks and the towels were changed regularly, linen done and even a mid stay clean. Amazing!

Lovely villa & helpful hosts

Gorgeous villa with good access to the local town, including beach, shops and restaurants. Bedrooms, bathrooms and communal spaces all lovely and tidy and spacious. Pool area and outdoor space such a great extra. Hosts were really helpful when we asked questions and sorted extra umbrellas straight away . Would definitely recommend!

The villa is beautifully decorated throughout with spacious clean rooms. The kitchen had everything we required in adequate quantities for 10 of us. The pool is deep and was enjoyed by all our family and the garden was big enough for my granddaughter to run around in. The only downsides were that the pool didn't look clean when we arrived, the Wi-Fi was very slow and a few more basics would have been appreciated, we had to buy more bin bags and toilet paper. Overall though the villa and it's location were ideal and I would happily recommend it to anyone

11 of us stayed at this lovely villa, which was exactly as described, very clean, very well-equipped and very conveniently located for access to Praia da Luz beach, shops and restaurants. There was plenty of room on the drive for our hire cars, and it was also very convenient to be able to use the garden gate to walk down to the beach. Jane, our host, was very helpful and responsive, and popped by on our first morning to introduce herself and check everything was to our satisfaction. The pool was a good size and not too cold, the sun loungers were extremely comfortable, and it was very helpful to have pool towels provided. The bedrooms were good sizes, very comfy beds, and it was super helpful of Jane to zip some of the twin beds together to make up as doubles - this option makes the bedroom arrangements very flexible for guests. We loved the multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas, particularly with the views down to the sea. We absolutely loved our holiday and would highly recommend Jane as a host, as well as this specific villa as a great place to stay.
