Hus med solrig stor terrasse og fantastisk udsigt over Cap Ferrat

Denne sjældne og unikke ejendom er beliggende i Villefranche gamle bydel 200 m fra kajen og 10 minutters gang fra stranden. Det har to store terrasser med panoramaudsigt over bugten og Cap Ferrat. Den nederste terrasse er indrettet til udendørs spisning, mens den øverste er perfekt til morgenmad, cocktails eller solbadning, mens du nyder den smukke udsigt. Ejendommen blev totalrenoveret i 2013 og har et nyt veludstyret køkken og spiseplads. Stuen har foldedøre, der åbnes fuldt og skaber et smukt indendørs / udendørs rum med den øverste terrasse. To af de tre soveværelser med dobbeltsenge har eget bad, mens det tredje soveværelse har sit eget separate badeværelse. Det store soveværelse er i stueetagen, med hvert af de andre soveværelser i to separate etager under.

This was our second time staying at this house and it’s perfect for a family holiday to Villefranche. It’s spacious and has everything you need. Well located for the beach, restaurants, shops and cafes. It’s clean and well maintained. Host was great and very responsive. We look forward visiting again in the future!

The six of us all agreed that this home was perfect for us - clean, well situated, quiet, two lovely decks with a gorgeous view, well-stocked kitchen. It is air-conditioned throughout. The location is important because it is close enough to the water, restaurants, bus stops and train station. We didn't want to rent a car since public transportation is so good.

I would give this property 7 stars if I could! Everything was just like it was listed and in the photos. Air conditioning in each bedroom was key as we were there during a record setting heatwave. The view from the living room and patios were all gorgeous. All the amenities worked and the property was very clean. Plenty of plates, glasses, and dinner ware. Full size refrigerator too. The manager was very responsive as well. Very highly recommend this property!!!!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house and would definitely stay here again. The house is spacious, modern, well equipped, clean and has a great terrace to enjoy the fabulous views. Location is perfect. Host was helpful and very responsive.

Great location and views from large balconies. Be warned that Villefranche has lots of elevation change so you’ll get in your stair climbing.

Everything in the apartment is updated and working well. It is decorated pleasingly and spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are exceptional — large and modern.

Family holiday

Fab house to stay with our family. Great location just above the old town shops and restaurants and easy reach of the train station and bus stop.. the house had everything we needed including privacy, quiet and an amazing view. Will return

We were blown away with the views from the terrace at this property. The internal accommodation easily met the needs of all 6 adults. The house is very well equipped and very well decorated & fitted out. Villefranche-sur-Mer is a gorgeous town in a most beautiful part of France. Top marks

Wonderful house

The house was just as advertised immaculately clean very well presented everything you could possibly need to help you with a wonderful week in Villefranche . A short walk down to the bay and to the station and up the town to a bus .Villefranche is quite a hilly town but you can either take many steps down to the or go down the roads on the pavements making the journey less steep the house is near to many lovely restaurants and within five minutes from the house you have a lovely bakery and Pharmacy. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and the terrorist is so lovely to sit outside in the evening or during the day. It’s just a really beautiful house and we will definitely be visiting again. Géraldine was exceptionally helpful in checking as in and checking is out.

Villefranche Family Holiday

This was our fifth time visiting Villefranche, but this time we were travelling with family, so we were looking for a place with 3 bedrooms and, ideally, 3 bathrooms. We found it. This place was ideal for 3 couples. The house is on 3 levels, with a bedroom and bathroom on each level. Everyone could have their own space. The 2 terraces off the living are are just as pictured, and we had a hard time tearing ourselves away from the amazing view. We always stay in the old town, so this was very well located for the train, bus routes, beach and restaurants. The house was well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and responses were immediate. This rental was perfect for sharing our favourite travel destination with other family members for the first time.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location

I’ve been lucky enough to visit this lovely house twice now – coming from Bristol (UK) it’s a very easy journey with a direct flight to Nice making it a very viable option for even just a weekend away. The house has been beautifully refurbished and is very comfortable even for a large group – each of my visits has been as part of a group of 6 or 7 adults. It also has a fantastic terrace that overlooks the bay and catches the sun throughout the day – great for lazing on if you can’t quite make it down to the beach, and for al fresco dining. The town itself is a picturesque maze of old cobbled streets leading down to the waterfront, with lots of good quality restaurants if you want to eat out. If you want a bit more variety then Nice is just a short bus ride away, and is well worth a visit in its own right. Otherwise there are plenty of local shops (including a delicious boulangerie) near to the house where you can buy pretty much anything you might need, so it really is ideally situated. All-in-all a fabulous place to stay in the area – I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Loved our stay!!

If you are reading this review then you should just book this property now and save yourself looking elsewhere. We were four adults traveling from Canada and spent nine nights here. The property has stunning views from the outdoor balcony in the day and the evening. Great to watch all the activity in the harbor. The kitchen is well appointed, the bedrooms very nice and bathrooms are wonderful. Loved the powered window blinds, great for security and keeping the apartment cool during the day when you are out. Geraldine was most accommodating whenever we had an inquiry. The town of Villefranche is ideally located with easy access to anywhere via train or bus. I highly recommend this property and definitely would stay again. Rob H

Het huis, het terras, het uitzicht naar de baai en de ligging alles perfect.

Een absolute aanrader. Geweldig huis ( alles erop en eraan) met een prachtig uitzicht over de baai en een heerlijk terras. Ligging is ook perfect, je loopt in een paar minuten gezellige straatjes in, met daarbij veel keuze uit restaurantjes, waarvan een aantal aan het water liggen. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, is het niet aan te raden. Parkeren is lastiger, er is vlakbij het huis een garage. Daar betaal je wel flink voor en anders is het soms even zoeken naar een plek. Wij hebben genoten met ons dochters en schoonzonen. Wat een heerlijk en geweldig huis en omgeving om in te vertoeven.

Lovely appartment in the heart of Ville Franche

We spend 8 nights with our three kids in this wonderful appartment. The terass was fantastic and we spend several nights and mornings there. The location is also terific! We can highly recomend this appartment!!

Summer Get Away VilleFranche Sur Mer

This was our first trip to Villefranche . Wow what an amazing place. The view from Camille's property was spectacular. The location was ideal to walk to the beach and to visit the excellent restaurants in the town. The flat was ideal for 4-6 people, kitchen was well outfitted and the air conditioning was much needed the week we were there...36+C everyday. Parking was difficult! Home Lovely - Property Manager Not Responsive

We stayed at this lovely home, with spectacular views, for a girls getaway - four adult women. Happy hour on the terrace each night was wonderful. The accommodations were clean, homey and comfortable. There are three levels with the double beds being on the very bottom of the home. Many steps throughout. The only negative was we could not get the shower to work on the middle floor bathroom. Took several emails and a call to the property manager to respond. Finally, when she did, she couldn't arrive prior to our departing for the day's venture - we didn't have a shower for that bath for the stay. The home book they left for us was in French, and unfortunately we only spoke English so it wasn't of much help. Note, there is a washing machine but no dryer so you will hang your clothes out to dry which is done in many places there. Pack accordingly if you prefer not to do that. We had a wonderful stay and would go back again. The location does not disappoint, the views over the top and we had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic house

The house is really nice. The view and the location are amazing. Year after year, we rent again this house. I would like to thank the owners for maintaining it at the high standards (recent paint...). Nothing is missing if we want to cook or enjoy the terrace. We started to rent this house in 2014 and we continue in 2017 about twice a year. Our kids were 4 and 7 at that time. We had to be careful with the stairs leading to the level -1 and -2. The stairs are steep. But we never had any issue. We just had to be careful. The street is calm. There is no noise and no traffic. This house is not for disable people or people having difficulties to walk due to the stairs (or they have to stay on the main floor), which is also possible considering the nice view. We usually rent in October, December and April and we always manage to park the car near the house. In summer, it must be difficult to park the car near the house considering the number of tourists. Last but not least, I would like to thank Geraldine, the manager. She is always willing to help and we can always ask her for the new restaurants and the things to do in Villefranche...
