Casa Margherita offers a rare blend of secluded residential privacy and the curated services of a world-class boutique hotel. As a two-story standalone villa situated within the 500-hectare Villa Lena estate, it serves as a "living gallery" where contemporary art from our international residency program meets the timeless beauty of the Tuscan hills.

Spanning 200 square meters, the villa is designed for “creative living.” The first floor features a spacious social hub with a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining area, and a double bedroom with easy access to the garden. Ascend to the first floor to find four additional double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master suite is a sanctuary of indulgence, featuring a king-size bed and a freestanding bathtub positioned to overlook the lush landscape

Ideally suited for groups of up to 10 guests, the villa shares a pool with the neighboring Casetta Bella. For larger gatherings, the two can be reserved together to create a private enclave for up to 16 guests—perfect for multigenerational families, creative retreats, or bridal parties.
