Timber Hideaway: 2 BR, 2 BA Cabin / Bungalow i Old Fort, 6 sovepladser

Brugerdefineret træramme med fantastisk udsigt. Beliggende i Gateway Mountain, en 3000 hektar stor naturreservat. Hovedplan har åben opholdsstue: spisestue og køkken, pejs i sten / træ. Slap af i det 6-personers boblebad på det udendørs bagdæk med udsigt over bjergene. Perfekt til en afslappende weekend weekend. Timber Hideaway har også iHome med opladningsdæk. Cirka 20 minutter til Black Mountain, 30 min til Asheville.

Huslayout:
stueetage: køkken (ø sæder 2); spisebord sæder 6; stue med pejs og Apple TV, direkte tv; soveværelse med kingsize-seng (fra efteråret 2019 nye Beautyrest hybrid madras) og et komplet bad (kun bruser). Der er en dronning sovesofa i stuen.

Nedre niveau: et soveværelse med en queensize-seng. Et fuldt halbad; vaskemaskine tørretumbler; garage med bordtennisbord, 2 mountainbikes med hjelme, som gæsterne kan bruge, og majshulsplader.

Udendørs: stort dæk på hovedniveau med boblebad og gasgrill. En ildgrube blev tilføjet i juni 2019.

Op til to hunde i alle størrelser er velkomne på Timber Hideaway under dit ophold mod et ekstra gebyr. På grund af ejernes allergier er der desværre ingen katte tilladt.

Timber Hideaway vil blive dekoreret til jul i december måned.

Bemærk, at der er en "hele huset" generator, så hvis der er strømafbrydelse, vil du ikke engang vide det.

Beautiful views

The house was VERY clean and WONDERFULLY stocked. Lots of spices and staples which was greatly appreciated since it is quite remote. Views are beautiful from the covered back deck and beyond.

Perfect Place to Reset

Everything was perfect. Comfortably bed, upscale, cozy atmosphere. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful views! Everything was as described, very clean. I will be returning to experience another Greybeard rental soon! Spend the extra $, it's completely worth it!

A wonderful mountain retreat

The property was so beautiful. The pics don't do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed my birthday weekend; from watching fireflies and bats from the balcony to relaxing in the hot tub admiring the views. The kitchen was well stocked. The dogs loved running around in the fenced in yard. Midway during our stay, we were already checking if there was availability during the holidays! We hope to be back for a visit soon.

The house was well-stocked, and the management company put up Christmas lights and left us some locally made pumpkin bread as a gift. The view is beautiful--when it's too cold for outdoor activities, you can just hang out on the couch and view the Black Mountains. One suggestion: please provide trail maps! We kept reading that there were trails in the neighborhood, but without maps, we were unable to locate the trail heads. Local trail maps of popular hikes in the area would be helpful, as well.

Beautiful Home

Timber Hideaway is a beautiful property. A few things that make it wonderful: -Check in and out process - very simple. -Location - the house is on an unpaved road but it easy enough to get to within the community if you follow the directions from the rental company. It is also close to I 40 and major sites (Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Chimney Rock.) House - very well stocked, has everything you may need. House was very clean upon arrival. Love that all light switches are labeled. Views are amazing! The backyard is sloped but great if you have a dog. It is completely fenced in and our pup had no issues navigating the slope. Outdoor space is great with the deck and hot tub as well as fire pit. 10/10 would return to this house again.

Fun Family Trip

We had a great stay at this cabin. The check in process was great - the property manager offered great communication and made it very seamless. It was the first time we had a chance to bring our dog and the fenced in backyard was a HUGE plus! The kids had a great time playing pool and ping pong and we enjoyed lots of family time in the Jacuzzi and by the fire pit. Easy drive to Asheville and Chimney Rock. Excellent place to stay - highly recommend!

Great Property with Beautiful Views

Amazing Trip

Excellent rental in fabulous remote location!

Great family experience- extremely dog friendly. Truly a 2 bedroom. Fabulous kitchen amenities and High end utensils and gadgets. Hot tub with spectacular view. Hikes to waterfalls was really fun and great for our 6 and 8 year old kids. We would love to come back!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC

We couldn't have loved this property anymore than we do. We have stayed for vacation down in the Smoky Mountains for the past 10 years, renting different cabin each time. Timber Hideaway was by far our best cabin. Everything was perfect!! We will be returning next year. Thank you
