Great place to stay in Sedona.

Great location, lots of sleeping space, has mostly everything you need. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Comfortable and Quiet

This was a perfect home away from home for 4 adults while touring the sights of Sedona. It was quiet, clean, roomy and had all the amenities we required. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Beautiful, Peaceful House

The house was well located, near shopping and restaurants. It had peaceful art and flowers. We enjoyed it enough to sign up again for next year.

Homeaway Sedona

Place was infested with ants. I told property manager and he told me to sweep them away. That is not the way to deal with an ant infestation. Back door did not work. TV did not work, supposedly it was a network problem. We will never return to this property. A full refund would be appropriate.

Great location, but issue with ants

This home in Sedona Arizona is located wonderfully and was generally clean. However, the comments about it being so up-to-date etc. surprised us. It felt like it was average, showing its age and has not been updated considering the price. As compared to a house 1 block away for the same price (our friends stayed there while we vacationed together) was immaculate and very updated. It worked, we had fun but were not wowed by the state of the house. During our say we were confronted with an ant infestation. Every morning and evening we would find a line of ants searching out any food crumbs or pantry food. If you followed the line you would find hundreds or thousands of ants getting into our cereal boxes, counter tops or trash can. We are very clean people and had to be extra diligent to try to mitigate the issue – to no avail. No matter what, the counter, cabinets or trash can were moving at any given time. The problem is bad. The owner of the property was very responsive, kind and understanding. We had many conversations with him regarding the ants and he even drove up himself from Prescott to help try to solve the problem. Unfortunately, he does not want to hurt the ants… we wanted us to collect them and place them outside. While I do not like killing things etc., an infestation is a different thing. He has the right to not want to professionally deal with them but then should remove the listing from VRBO until its solved. Sounds harsh but we paid a lot of money and he made an effort by giving us a nominal sum of money back — much less than 10% for reference. We were very surprised to go back and not see any reviews stating any problems? I do not find pleasure in writing this review. The owner is great and very nice. Considering the above, we cannot recommend this place in good conscience. If you are interested in the house reach to the owner and talk about it first.

The ant's entrance has been caulked, and blocked off. We have tested by putting foods on the counter for several nights, and there are no longer any ants. The ant issue has been resolved.

The location is really close to lots of eateries by car and the host is always quick to respond to questions as they come up

Wonderful place in Sedona

Great location in West Sedona, perfect place to stay with your family on vacation. The whole process was easy, and made for a great trip.

Wonderful Family Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, cute, comfortable, and was well equipped with lots of thoughtful details like Keurig Coffee, Tea, and Cider, extra tooth brushes, tooth paste, and razors... The location was perfect- quiet neighborhood, 2 minutes from Safeway and various restaurants. Easy drive to all our favorite spots in Sedona. Our dogs loved the fenced yard. And for other guests with dogs, we recommend a visit to the Sedona Dog Park- just a 6-7 minute drive away. The host was very responsive and helpful when I texted with questions. We definitely plan to stay here again for our next Sedona vacation!

Great place!

This place was very nice! We stayed over Thanksgiving. The only thing I'd implement would be a few more cooking tools and spices. The location is close to shopping and hiking. Quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again!

West Sedona House with Yard

We had a great time at this property. There was plenty of amenities and room for my wife and I and our two dogs. There is a lot of space and bedding; an additional two bedroom and many beds that we did not even use. Check in and out was great. The per/night listing is a little misleading as there are so many fees it increases the price quite dramatically. That being said the overall price was fair for the size of the property. Thomas and Crystal were very responsive and great to work with. I would recommend this property.

Great place, pet friendly, great host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The yard area was nice for our dog to enjoy. The amenities in the kitchen and bathroom far exceeded what I expected, i.e. the coffee/tea station, the toiletries for guests in both bathrooms. That was really appreciated. It was not super close to uptown, but the location was nice. The closeness to restaurants and a grocery store were convenient. Thank you for hosting us. We would for sure recommend it for the value, and comfort. We plan to return soon!

Excellent

This was our second stay here and we loved it. The first time was great but the property has been improved even more with lots of small details. We love the location and having a backyard to BBQ steaks on the provided grill.

Nice Property

We had a great time here, but some problems getting the oven to work. I think only the top element fires up. But there is a second toaster oven to use that works great!

Great place close to everything!

Very neat cosy house in a great location! Updated, well stocked, we had everything we needed! The beds were very comfortable! There's a den with plenty of room for extra guests to sleep. Our kids slept there and loved it, my only suggestion would be to maybe put in an accordion door for that space. There's only a curtain so it was pretty difficult to get the kids to sleep when the adults were still up and talking. The patio is cozy, the kids loved the swing! Overall very nice place! The owner is very responsive and accommodating! We'll definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable accommodations, great location!

Thank you Thomas for letting us enter the house earlier than the check in time. We really enjoyed our stay in West Sedona. Found it easy to get around and enjoyed finding a new restaurant very close by. The king bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was great. Only have one suggestion...it would be much safer to have hand rails installed inside the bathtub showers. We arrived on one of the hottest days and thank goodness the air worked. We live in Tucson so we know what "dry heat" means! We love Sedona and will be back.

Beautiful Home in the heart of Sedona

I organized a larger group to stay at this place for a wedding in Sedona. Thomas was an amazing host, and had everything in place for us upon arrival (despite everyone from my group coming in from different parts of the U.S.). Check-in / Check-out = EASY. The space was perfect for what we needed, everyone had their own bed, and the two bathrooms were a savior when we were all getting ready for the wedding. We loved walking out the back door to relax on the patio and get fresh Sedona air. The house is conveniently located in the heart of Sedona, so anything you want to do is most likely just a short drive away. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Thomas!

Great for a large group

Thomas was extremely accommodating, and the house worked out well for our large group. The location was perfect! The only thing that wasn't great was the oven; we had planned to bake a meal one of our nights there but weren't able to because the oven wasn't working properly. Besides that though, I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Relaxing trip, wonderful property and felt right at home

We are so glad that we have found this property. Its definitely worth staying at this lovely house. We would recommend this property to anyone at anytime. Comfortable!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was comfortable and relaxing. It was in a great location in Sedona. The only real issue we had was the kitchen stove did not heat properly in order to cook with. We had brought a couple different things to bake for dinner and were not able to bake them because the stove would not preheat or heat up properly. Other than that we really enjoyed the home. We plan to book again if we receive confirmation the oven has been fixed. Thank you!

GREAT LOCATION AND BEAUTIFUL PLACE!

My husband and I along with another couple had the best time staying at this VRBO. Perfect location, excellent owner (REALLY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HIS GUESTS). The house is more than accommodating and has everything you need - AND MORE...... extremely clean, there are top of the line mattresses that were very comfortable, perfect sitting location and dining area as well as extra living space for additional guests if needed. Backyard was perfect for using the grill, fire pit and relaxing at the end of they day - especially after miles and miles of hiking in Sedona and surrounding areas (gorgeous views from house and even accessible hikes within walking distance from the house). Don't forget to go to the airport mesa which only a couple a miles away from the house - exceptional sunrise and sunset views and a rock formation to climb to the top. The house is in town which was excellent for going to the grocery store, getting gas or just wanting to grab a yummy bite to eat! The house has covered parking and covered back porch. Like I said, this VRBO was an exceptional place to stay and I would highly recommend it. We will definitely be back next year and will book this place! It truly was one of the top VRBOs I have stayed at thus far. I really appreciate how the owner went above and beyond for us and how accessible he was if we had any questions or needed anything. Thank you for the wonderful stay! It was perfect!
