Our beautiful and affordable 4-bedroom villa features a private pool and is located just a few steps from Ris Beach in Noja. It has a spacious living room with a kitchen, one bathroom with a shower, and a separate half-bath, as well as 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two bunk beds. It also features a garden and enclosed garages. The beach is just a few steps away across the sand dunes. Restaurants, bars, and the sports center are just a few meters away. Ris Beach is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Cantabria for sunbathing or swimming. Maximum capacity: 8 people.
The Space
It features three double bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds. Two of the bedrooms also have TVs. It has one bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate half-bath with a sink and toilet. All rooms face outward and are bright. The spacious living room-kitchen is very bright thanks to its large windows and offers views of the garden. The garden has two pedestrian gates leading directly to Ris Beach, which is just 50 meters from the house.

ACCESSIBILITY: The access road is paved all the way to the front porch door; there are no steps to enter the house. The porch door leading into the house is 81 cm wide.

Other notable features
A €600 cash security deposit must be paid upon arrival. This security deposit will be refunded upon departure after the condition of the house has been inspected. The house must be returned in the same condition as it was received, without any damage.
The house may not be overoccupied; its capacity is a maximum of 8 people, including infants and children. Parties are not permitted, nor are groups of minors allowed to stay.
There are 2 spacious, enclosed parking spaces.
There is a barbecue area with a table, chairs, and an umbrella.
