Studio apartment located a 15-minute walk from Termini Station, in the lively San Lorenzo neighborhood—full of shops and bars—just a short walk from La Sapienza University and across from the CNR.
Located on the first floor of a quiet building, within the building’s courtyard.
A unique, cozy, and comfortable space with a well-equipped kitchen, a sofa, and a TV.
Spacious bathroom with a rain shower.
The sleeping area is upstairs, with the option of a double bed or two single beds. Let me know which option you prefer.
There is direct access to the living area.
In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for cooking. The tap water is safe to drink and can be used for both drinking and cooking; but I’ve also provided a microfiltration pitcher.
In the closet, you’ll find an iron and ironing board, as well as extra pillows and blankets.
The sleeping area is on a loft, very spacious and private. Please note that the ceiling upstairs is 1.5 m high and you’ll need to use a ladder to get up there. If you’re not comfortable with either of these options, the sofa downstairs converts into a very comfortable bed.
Check-in is available starting at 11:30 a.m. You can drop off your luggage and pick up the keys, then return when the apartment is ready—or at 3:00 PM at the latest.
You can also leave your luggage here to take one last tour of the city on the day of checkout, but it must be picked up no later than 1:00 PM.
IMPORTANT: I’m flexible with check-in times; even though it says 3:00–5:00 p.m., I’ll do my best to accommodate you. Since I don’t live in the neighborhood—but rather twenty minutes away (which can vary depending on traffic)—it’s very important for me to know what time you’ll be arriving.
FOR CHECK-INS AFTER 10:00 PM, AN ADDITIONAL FEE MAY BE CHARGED.
