Agro do Souto Tourist Village

Agro do Souto is a family-owned vacation home situated in a prime location for relaxation and outdoor activities in the municipality of Noia, which lies at the headwaters of the Muros and Noia Estuary—known as the Ría da Estrela— the northernmost of the Rías Bajas. It is a 5-minute drive from the nearest beaches on the southern shore of the estuary, as well as from the high-speed rail access to Santiago de Compostela, and 15 minutes from the Barbanza highway, which runs through the municipalities on the northern shore of the Ría de Arousa. In addition, on foot, you can reach the riverside promenade at the San Francisco Bridge in 5 minutes, the Noia boardwalk in 10 minutes, and the town center (whose historic district has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest) in 15 minutes. You’ll also have direct access from the property to trails specifically designated for hiking, from which you can set out on interesting river and mountain routes. Please consult us based on the distance and difficulty you prefer, as well as your specific interests (river trails, mountain trails, ethnographic heritage, scenic routes, etc.).
At Agro do Souto, you can choose from three different accommodation options, up to a maximum capacity of 14 people: the entire villa (maximum capacity of 14 guests), just the entire first floor (maximum capacity of 5 guests), or just the entire upper floor (maximum capacity of 9 guests). Rooms are not rented individually. Both the interior spaces and the outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of the guests staying there.

Ground Floor:
Features a kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers. The master bathroom also features a 1.90-meter whirlpool tub with 28 hydrojets, accommodating two people.

Upper floor:
It features a kitchen, living room, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious balcony.

Common areas:
Gym equipped with fitness machines (treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical trainer) and all kinds of equipment: weight bench, rack, barbells, weights, step, resistance bands, fitness ball, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyometric box, Bosu ball, wall balls, Bulgarian bags, ab wheel, Pilates ring, foam roller, etc.
Badminton, outdoors.
Books and current newspapers and magazines.
Recreation room with a pool table, foosball table, digital dartboard, and a shelf of games including bingo, dominoes, card games, chess, Oca, Parchís, checkers, tic-tac-toe, backgammon, ... .
Outdoor barbecue, with sink and washing area.

The adjoining outbuildings feature:
• A traditional stone hearth with an additional stove and oven.
• Old wine cellar.
• A 40 m² rooftop terrace with lounge chairs, views of the vegetable garden, and a marble table.
• Over 2,500 m² of outdoor space where you can keep and play with your pets.
• Your “furry little friends” have an additional vegetable garden just for them, with two very spacious, separate landscaped areas, but they are not allowed access to the interior rooms of the house, including the recreation room and the gym.
The entire property is fenced along its perimeter as a single unit, including the house, outbuildings, and garden plots.

Additional amenities:
Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, automatic awnings on the upper-floor balcony, a battery-powered two-seater vehicle for children up to 6 years old, a pedal car for children up to 6 years old, and two ride-on toys for children up to 3 years old. These vehicles can be used, without the danger of street traffic, on the 60 linear meters of sidewalk surrounding the property. Baby crib. High chair. Additional activities (subject to availability):
• Introductory horseback riding on a pony or horse, on the property. Free for stays of 5 or more days.

• Hiking trails that you can explore on your own or with your group. All trails start from the property’s direct access to the forest.
