The house is located in Candeasco, a quiet hamlet in the hinterland of Borgomaro (IM). It is on the second floor of a two-story building and is accessed via a flight of stairs. It consists of a double bedroom with access to the terrace, a small bathroom with a shower and bidet (bidet seat), a single bedroom, a spacious living room of about 45mt (dining area + living area with two sofas), and a kitchen with access to the terrace, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding rooftops and the Impero Valley—a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif or a nice lunch. The house is very quiet and relaxing. It features hot/cold air conditioning (inverter). Parking is available in the town square or on a street at the end of the road. There are a few small shops in the town of Borgomaro (café, pharmacy, grocery store, hardware store, pizzeria, restaurant). You can go for walks or bike rides among the olive groves, take excursions to nearby villages, or go swimming at “Lago del Mulino” in Borgomaro. The beach in Imperia—a city full of bars, restaurants, and shops—is a 20-minute drive away.
