Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja street), right in the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.



It was inaugurated in March 2024.



The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, it features AEROTHERMIA renewable energy and is very quiet despite being in the heart of the historic center.

Enjoyed our stay. Location is fantastic and there is a great restaurant across the street with excellent grilled pulpo. Communication with the host was excellent and they included cava and chocolates for our welcome. The cozy space is good for a solo traveler or a couple.

The location is excellent, very convenient for accessing Madrid’s main attractions. The only thing to note is that the soundproofing isn’t great, so light sleepers might want to consider this. For us, it wasn’t much of an issue. 😆

The property was extremely tidy, well lit, and cozy. It is also in the heart of Madrid, and is close by to majority of the attractions. Apart from the amenities, the lock was quite special and easy to use. Additionally, the landlord was extremely helpful throughout the entire journey. Everything about the property was impeccable. It had everything we needed and more to make our stay that much more comfortable and convenient. The apartment is spotless and located in a central location nearby to most of the attractions as well as public transportation, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a mini market. The host was super responsive and helpful through out our stay. The best part is the seamless check in.
