Anyone who dreams of Tuscany cannot help but dream of San Gimignano, because this town embodies the very essence of this ancient and unique region, rich in art, history, and culture. Staying within the medieval walls of San Gimignano means breathing in all the history they hold and immersing yourself in an atmosphere of calm and serenity—without having to give up modern comforts. We have poured all our passion into renovating these apartments of ours, which border the city’s outer walls. The result is two apartments: IL RUSTICO on the first floor, with an entrance through a private courtyard for exclusive use, and LA TERRAZZA on the first floor, featuring a large terrace—also for exclusive use—overlooking the city walls. Both apartments feature two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. Just outside the apartments, you’ll find all the amenities needed to ensure our guests enjoy a wonderful stay: bars, restaurants, and small shops offering the region’s finest products.
