It's great to know that you found the location convenient and enjoyed the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. We strive to provide top-notch amenities and comfort for our guests. We sure wish that Coni would have notified us about the neighboring noise....we could have easily and discreetly handled that or anything else that they needed. Guests are sent an email just prior to their arrival, and are reminded upon check-in at our office, to be sure and let us know if anything during their stay needs our attention. We are open 7 days a week and have phones on alert 24 hours a day for the specific purpose of attending to our guests' needs. To find out this information after the fact in a review leaves us without the ability to do anything about it....even hands-on property owners would appreciate that courtesy. Beachview Realty

Hi Steve - thank you for taking the time to share these helpful insights with the VRBO community! We're so glad you enjoyed your vacation home and its proximity to Newport's hot spots! Thank you, too, for sharing your experience with parking a larger vehicle. For folks looking to book, please note that parking is tight on Newport's peninsula, so plan to bring a smaller car to fit into your reserved parking space or spend time searching for free street parking around the home. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our office. Our best, Beachview Realty

Thank you so much for your fabulous feedback, Connie! We're happy to hear your trip to the beach was a success and that this home could play a part in the fun. It was our pleasure hosting you - come back any time!
