The layout

This is a two-bedroom apartment. One bedroom has a 135-cm bed with a closed closet. The other bedroom has two 80x180 beds with an open closet. In the living room, there is a 140-cm sofa bed.
The bathroom has a shower with a partition and curtain, as well as a bidet.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a balcony where the washing machine and dishwasher are located.
The patio surrounds the entire house. It is accessible from the main entrance and the balcony.
You can park your car on the patio. The gate is automatic and has a timer.
The patio has awnings. There are 2 electric awnings with wind sensors, 1 manual awning, and a fixed canopy at the back.

Rental for families or quiet guests. Couples or friends over 28 years old.
Parties and events are not allowed.

For stays of 10 nights or fewer, this will be considered a TOURIST RENTAL—Tourism Contract.

For stays longer than 10 nights, this will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree-Law 9/2024 of the Valencian Regional Government, and a seasonal rental agreement must be signed upon arrival at the property.

We do not rent the apartment to groups of young friends UNDER THE AGE OF 28. Only families, couples, or friends over the age of 28 are permitted.

Only guests who made the reservation may stay overnight in the apartment.
