In Brera, on Via Fiori Chiari, right in the heart of Milan, we offer an elegant, newly renovated apartment for two people who want to experience the city’s most beautiful and trendy neighborhoods.
All areas of artistic, cultural, fashion, and design interest are within walking distance. There’s a wide selection of high-end bars and restaurants, and a supermarket is very close by. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and is near two subway lines and Sforzesco Castle Park.

The bathroom is spacious and has a very comfortable shower.
The house is fully equipped to meet every need.

All arrangements will be made through the platform..

Guests will be welcomed by the owner or a representative, who will provide a detailed explanation of how the appliances and the house as a whole work, along with practical information about the area and the services offered.

Identification documents will be requested in accordance with Italian law and photographed solely for registration purposes, just as is done in hotels.

Smoking, parties, and noisy events—or any activities that damage the home’s furnishings or fixtures—are prohibited.

Regarding check-in time, we ask that you arrange a time with the host based on your arrival schedule, which should be noted at the time of booking or as soon as possible: thank you for your cooperation.
However, we are flexible and will accommodate your requests as long as they are feasible.

We will do our best to meet all your needs.

From 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., we charge an additional fee of €50 for late check-in, payable in cash to the person who will welcome you.
From 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., there is an additional fee of €70 for very late check-in, to be paid in cash to the person who welcomes you.
